Job Title: SEM Intern

Overview:

As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads and sales. You will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure that all advertising initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms.

* Conduct research to identify target audiences and develop audience personas for ad targeting.

* Create and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy, ad creatives, and targeting options.

* Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum return on investment.

* Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad performance.

* Collaborate with the content team to develop ad creatives and landing pages that align with the overall marketing strategy.

* Provide regular reporting and analysis of ad performance to stakeholders.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our ad strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

* Relevant experience in ad management.

* Strong understanding of various advertising channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms.

* Experience with ad targeting options, such as audience segmentation and retargeting.

* Familiarity with ad tracking and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Highly proficient in JavaScript and Typescript, PassportJs, Sequelize.
• Working knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJs, SailsJs, VueJs and  ElectronJs.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, Mustache etc.
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less,Sass etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Sound knowledge of Testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Cucumber etc.
• Experience of writing unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Experience of working with SQL databases.
• Experience of integrating third party APIs.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good Communication Skills.

Job Responsibility:

• Ability to effectively pitch Company's offerings in AdTech space among Brands / Advertisers (app companies) and Digital Media Agencies at multiple levels.
• Build and maintain client relationships with both new and existing clients and provide solutions with effective customer satisfaction & business upsell
• Identify and build active sales pipeline to work upon and convert them to achieve a quarterly / half yearly sales target.
• Meet & Exceed Sales / Revenue Target (Quarterly and Half-Yearly)
• Work closely with cross functional teams and use collaborative problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Sales experience in Digital Ad / AdTech space in US/RU/CA/UK/UAE/SA/JP/KR markets.
• Self-starter with ability to develop/suggest on the spot customized solutions and bag orders.
• Prior earned strong network / contacts among Advertisers (app companies) / Digital Media Agencies
• Knowledge of Mobile App Campaigns Ecosystem (CPI /CPR/ CPT/ CPL/CPC etc)        
• Excellent English Communications skills – written & verbal.

Job description

Looking for a skilled word press developer responsible for both front-end and back-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security update.

In this role you will:

• Design and build the website's front end.

• Create the website architecture.

• Generate WordPress themes and plugins.

• Trouble shoot content issue.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web designs.

• Experience of minimum 1 year in WordPress

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, java script, and jQuery.

• Must have good knowledge of PHP, and MySQL also.

• Seven years of relevant software development experience
• 3 or more years using data interchange methods, including XML, JSON, RESTful, and SOAP
• 4 or more years of experience developing software in Java, Python that interacts with relational databases
• Two or more years of experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile development
• Two or more years of business and systems analysis experience
• Understanding/leveraging Machine Learning algorithms for Projects is a big plus
• Minimum one year of experience in ReactJS/NodeJS.
• Experience working in Projects with Agile principles and methodologies like Scrum Full stack development experience

• Develop and execute both manual test scripts/cases based on analyzed requirements for the Hematology Medical Device.
• Investigates software, hardware, system problems and determines root causes for failures.
• Report and track the defects to closure, support for defect investigation, validate defect fixes and analyze the impact of fixes.
• Be involved in test lab management and improvement of test process activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or other relevant degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Work Experience Requirements: 6 or more years of experience in developing software system test designs and procedures.
• Experience in testing of software systems, preferably related to medical instrumentation
• Able to evaluate system specifications and requirements for completeness and testability
• Able to generate test designs and procedures from specifications and use cases, using industry-standard test design techniques, with minimal guidance
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with Requirements Management and Traceability
• Experience with Automated Software Testing is a plus
• Able to Document specifications, and or test documentation
• Able to execute test procedures manually, with minimal guidance
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems, a plus.
