Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach & Relationship Management:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about the company's services, products, and offers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to trading, investment products, depository services, etc.
• Provide timely updates and information to clients about the stock market and their portfolio.
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction, encouraging long-term client relationships.

1. Product Information and Advisory:

• Explain different financial products, including equity, commodities, mutual funds, and more.
• Help customers understand stock market trends, investment strategies, and opportunities to increase their portfolio value.

1. Lead Generation:

• Generate quality leads by identifying potential clients and following up with them to convert into active traders and investors.
• Maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects.

1. Sales Support:

• Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, including promotions and offers.
• Track client interactions, sales activities, and report progress regularly.

1. Problem Resolution:

• Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues related to trading accounts, transactions, or market activities.
• Ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

1. Compliance and Reporting:

• Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance procedures while making calls and handling client accounts.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or related field).
• Experience: 1-2 years in a telecalling or customer support role, preferably within the financial services industry (stock broking, mutual funds, etc.).

Profile Summary:

Performance engineers should be proficient in any of the programming languages. One should not only a programmer but one who can do testing. Performance Engineer must then run those tests, analyse the results, and provide appropriate solutions to help enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. They are also often required to work with engineers and developers to perform bug fixes. 

Skills Required:

1. A performance engineer must be familiar with either one of the C, C++, C# or .Net, Java, Python (programming languages). Strong knowledge on any one of the programming languages is must.

2. Strong Software Development Skills

3. Experience with Logging and Performance Tools

   Tools: Apache JMeter, MS VSTS, Shell, Jenkins, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk

5. Experience in Database Profiling with one the standard database- SQL Server, MS SQL

Experience: 3-4+ yrs

• Experience in defining new architectures, design all layers of the solution, create architectural blueprints that can be used for final code development.
• Interface with client business/technical teams to understand complex requirements.
• Anticipate on technological evolutions(example use MySQL Lite not MS SQL, use C# not ASP, don't use JSF use Angular).
• Resolve technical issues.
• Bridge between Developers, Project Managers/Leads, and Client, ensuring smooth communication channel.
• Ensure quality of project implementation deployed.
• Provide technical guidance to projects/programs for complex components of a multiple technology suites.
• Ensuring documentation of the complete project architecture.
• Lead actions to determine root cause of problems and drive resolution.
• Participate in cross-functional work groups to assess business needs, develop a systems architecture strategy, and implementation plans.
• Leads work groups that are responsible for software development.
• Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented by the development team.
• Coach the technical team in the development of the technical architecture and help them solve challenging technical problems
• Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project.
• Spearheads the development, implementation and communications of architecture roadmap strategies to ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve.
• Identify existing architecture weaknesses and find opportunities for process reengineering and perform cost benefit analysis

• Time Management- Organizes own workload to achieve maximum productivity and completes work in a timely and professional manner. Handles multiple short and long term modules by proper planning while anticipating potential problems and planning for contingencies.
• Identify high-potential team members for next level positions and creating learning and development plans for them.
• Enable strong process in place and reducing dependencies on individual.

Technical Skills and Qualification

• Excellent knowledge of Web technologies, Java, Javascript, Contact center environment.
• Experience of current technologies including Open Source, J2EE (JSP, Servlet, JSP, etc.), web application development, web services (REST/SOAP/XML), Rich Internet Applications, messaging infrastructures and databases.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications.
• Should be comfortable for 40%-60% coding.
• Able to convert requirements into executable code
• 9 to 12 yrs experience
• Qualification: BE/B-Tech /MCA or any equivalent degree
