About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js technology stack. You should be passionate about writing clean, scalable code and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and databases.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in design and development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Maintain documentation of software functionality and technical decisions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React.js and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose ORM.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Good understanding of microservices, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and role-based access control.
• Experience with unit testing and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

We’re Hiring – Purchase Manager(Interiors)

We have 1 open position for a dynamic Purchase & Vendor Management Professional in the interiors industry.

Working Days: Tuesday–Sunday (Monday Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & Coordination: Work with interior designers to prepare BOQs, cost estimations, and provide market/vendor insights.
• Quotation Management: Source multiple quotations, prepare comparative statements, and support management in decision-making.
• Negotiations & Approvals: Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery, and payment terms. Manage approvals, contracts, and POs.
• Vendor & Material Management: Build and maintain a strong vendor network, ensure timely delivery, and resolve quality or billing issues.
• Cost Control & Compliance: Monitor material usage, ensure budget compliance, and adhere to procurement policies.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and cost estimation
• 4–8 years’ experience in procurement/vendor management (interiors or construction)
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP tools

Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Rocketlane's overall marketing goals and target audience.

● Manage our LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram pages to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

● Create and publish engaging posts, articles, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience.

● Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive online presence.

● Actively engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

● Implement strategies to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion through social media channels.

● Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize posts, campaigns, and initiatives.

● Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

● Collaborate with the content team to ensure social media content aligns with broader content marketing strategies.

● Create high-quality written content, including blogs, e-books, and other forms of thought leadership materials.

● Contribute to the creation of product marketing content, highlighting Rocketlane's features, benefits, and unique value proposition.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Literature, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● A genuine passion for social media marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.

Good-to-have

● 1-2 years of work experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS startup environment.

● Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.

● Familiarity with content marketing strategies, SEO principles, and lead generation tactics.
