About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Global Payroll with 2–8 years of hands-on experience in core/global payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for multi-country employee populations, with a strong focus on US Payroll.

The role involves working closely with HR, Finance, internal stakeholders, and third-party payroll vendors, while using payroll, time & attendance, and case management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, gross-to-net calculations, payroll controls, approvals, and disbursements.
• Support US payroll processing across multiple states/provinces and payroll frequencies.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll validations, time corrections, retroactive adjustments, garnishments, and payroll adjustments.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2/T4-related processes.
• Execute payroll activities using Oracle Fusion Payroll or other major payroll platforms.
• Work with UKG/Kronos for time and attendance data, schedules, and payroll inputs.
• Manage payroll-related cases and tickets through ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, audit controls, and internal policies.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, payroll journals, GL interfaces, and funding files (ACH/EFT).
• Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Manage payroll queries and ticket queues while meeting defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party payroll vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of payroll issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support knowledge management, documentation, and process training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in core payroll operations.
• Experience in Global Payroll is required.
• Experience in US Payroll is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major payroll platform; Oracle Fusion Payroll is preferred.
• Working knowledge of UKG/Kronos or other Time & Attendance systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket/case management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Knowledge of US multi-state payroll is an advantage.

What you will do:

• Understand the process of CaaStle business teams, KPIs, and pain points
• Build scalable data products, self-service tools, data cubes to analyze and present data associated with acquisition, retention, product performance, operations, client services, etc.
• Closely partner with data engineering, product, and business teams and participate in requirements capture, research design, data collection, dashboard generation, and translation of results into actionable insights that can add value for business stakeholders
• Leverage advanced analytics to drive key success metrics for business and revenue generation
• Operationalize, implement, and automate changes to drive data-driven decisions
• Attend and play an active role in answering questions from the executive and/or business teams through data mining and analysis

We would love for you to have:

• Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related field is required
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
• Experience in A/B testing and measure performance of experiments
• Strong proficiency with SQL-based languages. Experience with large scale data analytics technologies (i.e., Hadoop and Spark)
• Strong analytical skills and business mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways to drive insights and strategies
• Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Programming experience in Python, R, or other languages
• Knowledge of Data mining, statistical modeling approaches, and techniques

Responsibilities

Develop high quality, secure, stable code for use in products and solutions for

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering

college

5 to 7 years of strong programming skills in Web and Cloud Technologies

Should have a very strong foundation in JavaScript, and must have a clear

understanding of basic web fundamentals such as prototype based inheritance,

scopes, Event Loop, Memory Management in JS, etc

Should be good at developing modular front-end applications and is expected to

have the knowledge to create good abstractions that can be reused . Should also

have in-depth understanding of latest ES6 standards such as spread operators,

arrow functions, etc

Should have strong programming skills in Web and Cloud Technologies

Should be strong in OOAD Concepts

Should have a strong hands-on in React, Typescript

Should have Hands-on experience in any of the backend language.

Should understand latest paradigms in Front End Development such as Pub-Sub

Pattern, Redux, RxJS, Service Workers, Client Caching, Lazy Loading, Dynamic

Injection, Bundle Optimisation, etc

Should have very good hands-on knowledge of CSS3 & HTML5

Should have good knowledge of Postman API Platform

Should have experience with Amazon web services – ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, etc

Should have Hands-on experience of developing RESTful web services and

integrating the same with heterogeneous clients

Backend Developer

Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:     3 - 6 Years

Skills Required:

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Qualifications and skills:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Fluency in English, preferred American accent)
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
