Job Summary:
Professional in charge of designing, testing, and optimizing an automated systems in various mechanical and digital environments to help businesses improve processes, save costs, and achieve better outcomes. will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing products to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation at manufacturing processes
Study existing manufacturing processes
Find out processes to automate them to achieve consistent result, desire quality & improve production
Robotic Automation
Study & install collaborative robots to automate Manufacturing processes
Setup hardware communication like power supply modules, PLC, SMPS, Relays, Safety devices, PCBs with Robots
Software communication
Understand communication software’s & control software’s of respective automation systems & robots & configure it
Software for development
Design hardware setup at Rhino, AutoCAD, Catia etc
Programming
Programming at C++ & Java
Do the programming at robotic software’s like Dobot Blocky, Kuka programming, Universal etc
Autonomous robotic programming Documentation:
All the programs has to be documented & saved at server
Documentation has to be done for updated SOPs & Machine developments
Prepare data for the daily, weekly & monthly reports
Coordinate with the production team and document issue/ suggestions raise
Innovative ideas
Has to think differently & should have well connected with the new ideas in the market to improve our processes
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering from an Automation or Robotic field
Technical Skill
C++
Java
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability to work under tight deadlines.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
