Role :- Team Lead - Copywriting

What you’ll be working on -

Ad copy for digital campaigns, video scripts, social media, blog posts and a certain amount of offline collateral. The role also involves ideation for advertising campaigns. The clients you’ll work on will span tech, F&B, pharma, retail, healthcare, real estate, automotive and other industries. You’ll be a part of the larger content marketing department in Pune, working closely with the client servicing team and design team to come up with ideas and creatives that make an impact!

Responsibilities -

● Interpreting client briefs and requirements

● Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution

● Developing creative ideas and original, clear copy

● Collaborating with the design team on visual representation of the copy

● Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines

● Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities

● Be responsible for working with internal teams to gather input and validate the content

● Ensure consistency and quality across all written content

● Present and articulate concepts to clients

Desired Skills and experience -

● 2+ years of experience interest in copywriting, business communication or technical writing

● BE Computer Engineering, B.Tech in Computer Science, Graduate in Marketing

● Proficiency in the English language and accuracy in grammar

● The knack of understanding technical products (SaaS, PaaS, SAP, etc.) and writing for them

● Highly creative and imaginative

● Keen attention to detail

● The ability to work in a collaborative environment under tight deadlines

Hybrid work mode

(Azure) EDW Experience working in loading Star schema data warehouses using framework

architectures including experience loading type 2 dimensions. Ingesting data from various

sources (Structured and Semi Structured), hands on experience ingesting via APIs to lakehouse architectures.

Key Skills: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Datalake Gen 2 Storage, SQL (expert),

Python (intermediate), Azure Cloud Services knowledge, data analysis (SQL), data warehousing,documentation – BRD, FRD, user story creation.

Predictive maintenance is going to be a huge part of Factory 2.0, which will allow manufacturers to keep machine downtime to minimum, boosting productivity and reducing losses due to down time. 

Novolytics is building a platform which would collect signal data, analyze and predict which machines need maintenance or are showing signs of wear. Currently our platform is being piloted for one of India's largest car manufacturers, to solve for vehicle maintenance and servicing based on car sounds.

Responsibilities:

- Design and architect the various parts of the product or its features

- Be the product and tech owner providing support, mentorship and guidance to other developers

Job Purpose: This Job Position usually administers to recover the payments from the defaulter clients within the stipulated period of time to maintain the cash flow of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Undertake regular and frequent calls, site visits, follow-ups to implement remedial strategies and action plans agreed with Team Lead, for recovery.

• Initiate demand and reminding letters to all defaulting customers and review all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.

• Obtain background information on all accounts assigned to the Recovery Team and especially customer information etc…

• Follow up on major debtors accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means.

• Ensure accounts assigned to them are fully recovered.

• Prompt identification of unauthorized balances and follow up with clients on early warning and remedial action on the same.

• Daily call memo and progress report on negotiations with debtors in respect of repayment of indebtedness.

• Negotiations/meetings with customers who want payment work out options such as refinancing, rescheduling and restructuring
• Should have two-wheeler.

Skills & Knowledge:
-Relevant Experience 1 - 2 years experience in recovery or collection
-Proficient in MS Office(Excel Knowledge is Mandatory)
