About Role:

Interact with business leaders to understand

requirements.

Manage client onboarding and solution deployment.

Keep track of commitments and ensure in-time

delivery

Organize and execute regional channel partner

connects and propose networking events with them

Develop and execute outreach strategy for targeted

real estate channel partner firms for the relationship

management

Network with key contacts within the related industries

to expand the contact base

About You:

Minimum C1 English level

Proven experience managing teams

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changed

environment

A metrics driven mindset with a strong

t wl a stong analytical

approach

Strong customer references

Experience building organisations and training top

talent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build

sustainable relationships

Location: Mumbai

• Interaction with the Clients, understanding their requirements, collating required data for preparation and submission of the proposal to Banks/ FI's
• In-depth credit assessment involving Financial, Credit, Legal, Technical, Economic and risk analysis
• Structuring the proposal, preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, cash flow and CMA projections
• Ability to lead meetings and negotiations
• Solution-oriented attitude and resolving queries of all Banks and Clients
• Visiting clients office for understanding and collecting data
