Sales Executive / Telecaller – ERP Software (Inside Sales)

Location: Lower Parel (East), Mumbai (10 minutes walk from railway station)
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Explain and sell ERP software, mobile apps, and related services
- Generate leads, arrange software demos, and follow up with clients
- Maintain customer details and leads in CRM software
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the management team
Skills and Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- At least 1 year experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development

- Ability to lead meetings and negotiations
- Solution-oriented attitude and resolving queries of all Banks and Clients
- Visiting clients office for understanding and collecting data
