Requirements:

·  Candidates must have substantial applicable IT experience, extensive development, programming experience in Core Java, J2ee, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Webservices using Restful, any DB (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL server).

·  Preferably the candidate must have worked in development projects and must have experience in Java / J2ee design patterns.

·  Experience in AWS, Azure will be an added advantage.

·  Candidate must have good experience in Agile methodology.

• School sales : Primary responsibility is to sell to schools and bring them onboard o Tie up with schools and onboard them so that we can offer the the comapny plan to the parents in the school
  • Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools o Upsell our other payment products in the schools

• Stakeholder Management in Schools:
  • Enable the company to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to everything from meeting the parents, doing events etc.
  • Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances
• Team Building- Build a high quality sales team and lead it in that city

• Analysis & estimation of solution options: Ability to undertake quality initiatives and measure them with the right metrics. Be able to develop meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Training &Communications: Work with learning and comms team to provide inputs on new functionality, enhancements, process changes, etc. to drive adoption
• Digital Capability: Having had experience in, or capability to, enable customer experiences through the use of digital technologies through placing the customer at the center of everything we do.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Minimum 4+ years of work experience as a BA required in Software development projects
• Industry certification in Business Analysis like CBAP, Agile business analysis, etc.
• Prior experience or a background in software development.
