3. Should be able to prepare pitch decks for the clients

4. 3 to 5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role

5. Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value and technical information effectively

7. Expereince between 3 to 6 years will only be considered. More than 6 years candidates are not applicable

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress websites, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into functional and responsive web solutions.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO to enhance visibility and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and security best practices.
• Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and SEO optimization.
• Work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate seamlessly with team members.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks within the digital marketing domain.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in WordPress website development, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Proficiency in using WordPress themes and plugins, as well as custom theme and plugin development.
• Good knowledge and working exposure to leading Page Builders lilke Elementor, Elementor Pro, WP Bakery, etc.,
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for creating innovative and impactful web experiences.

Compensation:

• Salary range: 10-12k INR per month

• Experience working with NoSQL databases like mongoDB, couchbase would be nice to have
• Working experience with cache like redis, mem cached or elasticache would be nice to have
• Working experience with Message Queues would be a great advantage.

• Ability to do in depth analysis or problem statement or use case & Build robust & scalable architecture
• Logging & monitoring of the production system in real time
• Lead a team of 2-4 team members & make sure team practices defined coding practices across the project.
