Role Overview:

We are seeking a Manager – Customer Success to lead and oversee the entire Customer Success department for our SMBG clients. This role involves managing a team of 3–4 Team Leaders, who in turn manage a large pool of Customer Success Executives. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end customer journey – from onboarding to product adoption, engagement, and retention – while building scalable processes suitable for a high-volume customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 3–4 Team Leaders and indirectly oversee a team of 30+ Customer Success Executives.
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction across SMBG clients.
• Develop and implement customer success strategies and playbooks tailored for high-volume SMB customers.
• Implement and scale tech-touch engagement models for effective customer coverage.
• Develop strategies to drive deep product adoption and showcase the value of MyOperator's solutions (Cloud IVR, Call Center Software, WhatsApp API, etc.).
• Monitor health metrics, churn signals, and client escalations; design proactive action plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to leadership (CEO and senior stakeholders).
• Continuously optimize processes to enhance team productivity and customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of proven experience in Customer Success / Account Management within SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS, or Cloud Communication.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience leading Team Leaders / Managers.
• Strong exposure to managing high-volume SMB customer bases.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Tech-savvy mindset with experience implementing automation or tech-touch models.
• Experience in reporting to senior leadership (CEO/VP-level) is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, Code, test, debug, implement and document complex WSO2 sequences.
• Monitoring and logging tool stacks - Splunk/ELK/Prometheus, Grafana 4 Design, Code, test, debug, implement and document complex WSO2 sequences.
• Perform Build activities for WSO2 ESB Middleware integration, involves writing XSLT, ESB coding, configuration, and Analysis activities.
• Trouble shooting various problems in different stages of development using logs files, Traces and Log Analyzer.
• Responsible for understanding the requirement, solution design, coordinate the development and testing activities (end to end)
• Guide the team regarding WSO2 platform best practices, framework, reusable artefacts and ensure code quality and timely deliverables.
• Work with functional and technical customers to determine solutions that drive additional business value.
• Work with Github, Azure Devops and CI tools to automate dev, build, deployment and testing.

What you will do

Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for our Account payable department in the Finance function

• Establish and maintain financial controls, internal financial controls, and procedures for the company. Eg P2P, R2R, etc.

• Ensure that payments are processed as per the internal controls with all the proper support.

• Account the expenses properly in the corresponding GLs.

• Implement timely payment to the vendors as well as timely booking and processing of the payment.

• Work with the business team and close all escalations.

• Prepare monthly MIS with schedules of all the expenses and balance sheet items as well as Month-end closure (M+1) and provision of the expense.

• Investigate reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 days.

• Ensure that there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 30 days.

• Spearhead the validating, booking, and processing of the salary, F&Fs & business reimbursements.

• Forecast the working capital requirement.

• Supervise accounting and validation of Fixed assets and maintaining FAR.

• Close the internal audit, statutory audit, and due diligence as well as daily BRS.

• Accurately calculate and pay the monthly TDS and monthly GST

• Assist the consultant with filing the TDS return and GST return

• Ensure the payroll compliance is done as per the relevant act.

1. Bring your Financial A-game: Should be well versed with Accounting Standard and IndAS, TDS, GST, Foreign Payments, and Payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF)
