1. Requirement gathering, Development, Requirement Analysis and documentation, Requirement communication, Requirement management and Testing. Work closely with the Business teams in gathering requirements, and getting it implemented in the system.
2. Designing and developing functional test cases, impact analysis, system integration testing and regression testing. Conducting UAT and documentation of test cases.
3. Support and assists with end user training and coordinates the implementation of these services for the Business.
4. Based on Testing Feedback from Business Users, plan go live dates for the developments.

1. Target Group & Market Discovery • Research and map out relevant industries, verticals, and market segments for Yodaplus offerings. • Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees within target organisations. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
2. Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development • Work with leadership to define, document, and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile. • Validate the ICP through research, outreach feedback, and deal-cycle learnings. • Map ICP attributes to specific Yodaplus products, services, and value propositions.
3. Outreach, Communication & Engagement • Initiate personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels. • Craft clear, compelling messages that communicate Yodaplus's value to the right audience. • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent, professional engagement.
