We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

Why this role matters:

This position will drive scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a seamless associate experience across resident services and call centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.

Redesign data models (standardize Leads/Opportunities where applicable).

Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.

Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.

Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.

Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

✔ 6+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).

✔ Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.

✔ Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.

✔ Deep understanding of low-code/no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).

✔ Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team and drive  marketing for Pay3.  The ideal candidate will need to develop a deep understanding of our products and services be the champion for our solutions in the market translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, as well as the ability to communicate them to prospective clients in a clear and concise way. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the sales team .

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify enterprise customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.  
• Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas, including their pain points, motivations, and decision-making processes within enterprise organizations.  
• Analyze market opportunities and provide insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Value Proposition & Messaging:

• Develop clear, concise, and compelling value propositions that articulate the benefits of our solutions for enterprise customers.
• Create differentiated messaging frameworks that resonate with various enterprise stakeholders (e.g., IT leaders, business executives, procurement). 
• Translate technical product features into business-oriented benefits.

Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality marketing content tailored for the enterprise audience, including white papers, case studies, webinars, presentations, solution briefs, and website content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a proven track record of lead generation and campaign execution.
• Experience in the payment or gaming industry is a plus.
• Strong skills in content marketing, SEO, and inbound marketing strategies.
• Experience in planning and managing event marketing at conferences or trade shows.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• 2-4 years of experience in Graphic designing or a similar role.

Primary job role

As a Senior Technical Consultant – M3, the primary job role is to develop integration using Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC) , Intelligent Open Network(ION), Extension development using H5 Scripts, Output generation from OpenText Stream Serve and OpenText Story Teller.   Furthermore, it is required to design required solution and logics for the development components and collaboratively coordinate with the rest of the team playing a leadership role.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement high performing M3 Integrations solutions as per the functional specification.
• Create Technical Specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.

Technical Knowledge

• UI Extension development using H5Scripts.
• Experience specially in Finance related integrations (Fix assets, GLS850 Uploads for AP, AR, GL etc), Banking Integrations (Including MT940).
• Experience in complex development using Standard/Custom Business Object Document (BOD), ION Document Flow, Workflows.
• Configuring and working with Event Hub, Event Rules and MBM.
• Complex M3 Output development using OpenText Storyteller and OpenText Stream Serve.
• Ability to configure and work with Configurable XML.
• Experience in working with Infor OS and Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Ability to integrate M3 Output documents with IDM.
