Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Intern who wants hands-on exposure to backend operations at a fast-growing AI SaaS company. This is not a shadow internship you will work on real operational responsibilities and will be considered for full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the internship. The tenure of internship will be of 6 months at Noida Sec 2

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination with telecom operators and data center partners
• Assist in vendor management and asset tracking
• Handle operational requests and queries through the ticketing system
• Support basic troubleshooting of assets and infrastructure (with guidance)
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and backend operations
• Ensure smooth execution of operational processes in a fast-paced environment

Who Should Apply

We are looking for a QA engineer experienced in writing test cases based on user stories, creating reports, testing the application from a design & usability perspective, and supporting both manual and automated testing throughout the lifecycle of the product. As a QA Engineer, you will ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.

Mandatory technical skills:

• Proven working experience (Min 3 years) in software quality assurance

Role Description

• Office 365 Migration Specialist
• Position requires prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management.
• Under the general direction of the customer IT/Security/Okta Teams is responsible for assisting in the planning and support of the migration from multiple on-premises Exchange environments & third party provided Mail services into a single Azure-hosted Office 365 environment.
