We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Creation Lead to join our growing team!

If you have 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS, love crafting impactful marketing and product-led content, and are hands-on with tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and AI-based content tools, we’d love to connect.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Lead content creation across marketing and product channels (blogs, decks, campaigns, social, etc.)

b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business goals

c) Explore and implement AI tools to boost content quality and productivity

d) Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication touchpoints

What We’re Looking For:

a) 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or product-focused storytelling (preferably in B2B SaaS)

b) Strong writing, visual, and conceptual thinking skills

c) Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Suite, and AI content tools

• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse user needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other teams as per requirement of projects.
• Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Role Objective -

The Sales Manager – Trailer Division will be responsible for driving sales growth of trailer products by developing new customers, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities -

• Generate new business for trailers including Flatbed, Side Wall, High Bed, Low Bed, Container and customized trailers
• Identify and develop relationships with fleet owners, transporters, logistics companies, OEMs and institutional customers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as per business plan Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
• Lead price negotiations, finalize orders and ensure adherence to company pricing and approval policies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery
• Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database and MIS reports
• Support credit control and follow-up for timely collection of payments

Key Skills & Competencies -

• Strong knowledge of trailer / commercial vehicle sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements
• Strong planning, forecasting and reporting skills

Qualifications -

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
• Technical qualification will be an added advantage

Experience -

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Trailer, Truck Body or Commercial sales
• Proven experience in B2B and institutional sales

• Structured Query Language (SQL), e.g. SQL/PSM, Transact-SQL queries, writes SQL scripts in SQL Server 2000/2005/ 2012/ 2016, etc.
• 1+ years in Cloud Database services like AWS Dynamo DB / RDS
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills of existing functional implementation to derive leaner solutions and effective performance between applications software, systems software, and installed hardware.
• Database instance maintenance tasks such as DB Integrity Checks, Index Maintenance.
• High availability like clustering, log shipping, mirroring, replication.
• Backup and disaster recovery, Capacity planning and performance monitoring, Physical database structure, RDMS administration roles, instances, profiles, and security connectivity.
• Developing, implementing, maintaining, and following change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.
• Establishing backup and recovery or replication plans to minimize data loss and system downtime.
• Improving data quality through data analysis, monitoring, gap analyses, and working with the teams to provide solutions and resolve errors.
• Maintaining data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of database users).
• Reviewing the security logs from the SQL Server Error Logs to determine if you had a breach or a violation in one of your policies.
• Ensures optimal database performance and availability.

·      Creation & maintenance of Databases in AWS.

• Contribute to implementation of an enterprise blockchain solution. This includes but is not limited to work on the Byzantine Fault Tolerant State Machine Replication layer, work on the execution engine and smart contract layer and work on the ledger layer. 
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers and researchers to solve complex problems 
• Collaboration with cross functional teams involved in the product delivery 
• Working with global team in different geographical locations 

Requirements 

• Knowledge of modern software development methodologies. 
• Deep understanding of distributed computing concepts in practice   
• Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment,  

including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies.   

• Strong development experience in C++( v11 and higher)  in Linux 
• Expertise in one of the following: distributed systems, security/cryptography
• Proficient organizational skills with the ability to lead challenging demands. 
• Experience with leading the everyday activities of a global engineering team using Agile/Scrum processes.
