Strategic Development and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive customer success strategies that align with MyOperator's business goals.

Set clear customer success targets and KPIs, establish processes and policies, and monitor key metrics to drive team and customer success.

Design and roll out programs that enhance customer experience, boost revenue potential, and minimize churn.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer success professionals, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to ensure team effectiveness and professional growth.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

Drive initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and the development of customer loyalty programs.

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring the team effectively addresses customer needs and concerns.

Operational Excellence:

Identify and address process gaps, implementing scalable solutions to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Utilize data-driven insights to track progress towards success goals and inform decision-making.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and enhance the customer journey.

Share customer insights and feedback to drive product improvements and refine marketing strategies.

Recruitment and Training:

Oversee the hiring process for customer success professionals, ensuring the team is equipped to meet revenue goals and customer expectations.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring high standards of customer support.

Requirements:

Experience: 4-9 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including customer service, technical support, or sales, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting strategic goals, and driving performance metrics.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to both team members and customers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use data to drive decisions, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and enhance customer success.

We are looking for a goal-oriented channel sales manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships within the assigned territory.

Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

You will also be required to work with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services.

Responsibilities

• Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory.

• The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue.

• The CM represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner sales objectives.

• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
• Coordinate with other department personnel such as the support team / warehouse /procurement team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
• Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
• Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
• Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
• Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

1. AWS Cloud Solutions: We expect you to have a strong understanding of AWS services and how to architect solutions using them.
2. Use of DynamoDB, S3, Vault, Lambda, or other AWS infrastructure components.
3. Design scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud architectures.
4. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Understanding CI/CD pipelines and tools like AWS CodePipeline, CodeCommit, and CodeDeploy is essential. 
5. Advanced concepts in React Native.

What is the role?

Xoxoday is looking for a candidate who has a strong background in the design and implementation of scalable architecture and a good understanding of Algorithms, Data structures, and design patterns. Candidates must be ready to learn new tools, languages, and technologies. We are offering hybrid / remote options as well.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 4 -7 years of experience as a software developer.
• At Least 3 years of experience in .net core C#, AWS stack, MS SQL Server, MVC, NodeJS experience is a plus
• Strong working knowledge in distributed event-driven messaging architecture/platform
• Strong knowledge in data access layer especially ability to work with stored procedure
• Established and stimulated software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
• Production experience with AWS stack
• Fluent English speaker

Preferred Qualifications:l

• Experience working with OOP languages.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and SOA.
• Experience working with AWS Kinesis, Lambda, SQS, S3, ElastiCache, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, EventBridge, RDS, CloudWatch, APIGateway
• Experience designing and building high-performance scalable web services.
• Experience in REST API design and implementation.
• Experience in unit testing, test automation, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with stream-processing and message-broker software.

Mobile App Development:-

We are looking for 2 - 3 years of overall mobile app development experience out of which experience of at least 2+ years in developing native and hybrid mobile applications Should have handled end-to-end designing, development, testing, and deployment on any native Android/iOS platform.

Hands-on experience with native development will add advantage, Angular 6+ Excellent technical knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JQuery Mobile, AJAX, XML, JSON, Java, Bootstrap, PhoneGap, Angular JS.

Should have working experience in consuming Web Service and REST API.

Experience in Business Object Model implementation data integration with JSON/XML Designing and implementing different analytics interfaces such as charts, graphs etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Develop hybrid mobile applications & deliver across the entire app life cycle concept,
• design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores.
• Work directly with the tech team to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products.
• Test the app on devices and Deploy it on Apple Store & Google Play Store.
• Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort and Optimizing performance for the apps.
