This pool of LINC Fellows is growing rapidly and LINC is planning to recruit educators outside of India. LINC offers an exciting opportunity for HR executives to be a part of a cutting-edge education services and technology company with a unique value proposition for students, educators and universities. The HR Executive (Academics) will play a key role in the recruitment, management and training of the academic talent at LINC. He/she will work closely with the senior team in making the core academic operations ready for the next phase of growth. HR Executive – Academics: Role Definition LINC Education seeks a young and talented HR professional to work with the Academic Affairs team to manage LINC’s pool of educators (LINC Fellows). This person will support recruitment, training, project deployment and on-going engagement of LINC Fellows. The role is central to the quality of our service delivery and the scaling up of our academic operations. The HR Executive – Academics will work with the academic affairs team and cover the following key areas – 1. Support the academic recruitment process by coordinating the recruitment activities and joining formalities of LINC Fellows including undertaking equivalency checks of qualifications, reviewing contracts, managing on-boarding logistics including orientation and maintaining an up-to-date register of LINC Fellows. 2. Support the deployment of LINC Fellows on projects with university partners by collaborating with LINC Fellows to ‘position’ them appropriately to universities, developing draft resumes (in university formats), collating evidence of academic qualifications and work experience as required by the university and coordinating third-party verification activities. 3. Coordinate training of LINC Fellows including the training plan, logistics and follow-up on completion activities and reports. 4. Assist the regular LINC Fellow engagement activities to keep them fully committed to LINC and their role. The role will report to Manager - Academic Talent Development. What are we looking for? 1. Qualification: MBA / BBA with HR specialisation. 2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an HR executive at a known organisation (prior experience in education domain not required). 3. Smarts: Demonstrated track record of relationship management along with great spoken and written communication skills. Being structured and able to multitask is a must. 4. Drive: An ambition to significantly enhance your skills and experiences, and be driven by the prospect of building a great academic team.
