Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with 3+ years of expertise in node.js/Python to help us build and scale our backend services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that support CoinCrowd’s innovative products. 

This role will give you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain decentralized exchange (DEX) platforms and features, focusing on on-chain data integration.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and implement features.
• Integrate RPC nodes for blockchain data access and manipulation.
• Create secure, efficient, and scalable blockchain applications using NodeJS and related technologies.
• Write unit and integration tests for blockchain applications to ensure high code quality and reliability.
• Maintain a high level of security best practices when dealing with blockchain data and smart contract interactions.

Required Qualifications: 

• Databases: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• API Development: Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, including authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.). 
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). 
• In-depth understanding of blockchain protocols and their security implications with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience on Blockchain development
• Experience with Solidity and developing smart contracts.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and spoken).

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

• Spent at least 3 yrs in a solid back end role
• Experience taking a problem to a product solution (module/product)
• Prior experience working with startups and understand the fast-paced, dynamic nature of work

• Javascript, NodeJS

• OOP concepts, including design patterns
• Understanding of RDBMS (MySQL, Postgresql)
• Understanding of REST API
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ExpressJs

• Knowledge of TDD frameworks mocha, chai, jest, etc
• Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, RDS, EC2, SQS, S3, ECS, etc)
• Basic knowledge of Typescript, NextJs
• Prior experience in fin-tech

2.       Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS.

3.       Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.

4.       Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python / Ruby / Java / PHP/ .Net.

5.       Good Understand with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

Desired candidates must have 3-6 years experience as NodeJs Developer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.
• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis, and on-time delivery
• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
• Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement
• Conduct peer code review.

Skills:

• Excellent hands-on experience with Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongo aggregation, MySQL
• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.
• Knowledge about AWS components (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters, etc.)
• Self-learning abilities are required
• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the Node Js . You must also possess a strong knowledge of Mongo DB

Qualifications

Back-end technologies& Front-end (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Node js,Mongo Database, MySQL databases

• 1+ years' of experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in Strapi will be a plus point
• should be able to create the APIs
• Payment Gateway Integration( Stripe)

• B Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Experience level of 7+ years in building large scale applications.
• Strong problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with distributed systems handling large amount of data.
• Excellent coding skills in Java / Python / Node / Go.
• Very good understanding of Web Technologies.
• Very good understanding of any RDBMS and/or messaging.
