Job Title : Backend Developer (.NET Core)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience, proficient in .NET Core and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure).

You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud components, and ensuring robust data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core 6 or above.
• Develop and manage Web APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch, S3; or Azure: AppService, Functions, AzureSQL, EventHub, Blob Storage).
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and tools like PGAdmin.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or equivalent ORM tools.
• Collaborate using Git or TFS for version control.
• Develop, debug, and maintain code in Visual Studio.
• Write optimized and scalable SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.

Required Skills :

• Proficient in .NET Core 6+.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable).
• Good understanding of Git/TFS.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Visual Studio, SQL Server, PGAdmin.
• ORM experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar.

Nice to Have :

• Exposure to asynchronous processing or event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with Cursor-based data fetching or streaming.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer located in Mumbai. The Python Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), programming, and databases. The Python Developer will also be responsible for performing system analysis and creating robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement engineering strategies that support business objectives. Understand broader organization goals and constantly prioritise your own work.
• Technical Excellence: Understand the onground problems, explore and design various possible solutions to conclude and implement scalable, extensible and secure software systems. Implement and learn best practices in technical architecture, coding standards, and software testing to ensure product delivery with highest speed AND quality.
• Project and Program Management: Setting up aggressive as well as realistic timelines with all the stakeholders, ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects as per the defined timelines with best quality standards ensuring budget constraints are met. Use agile methodologies to manage the development process and resolve bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure the smooth integration of engineering efforts across the organization.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks. Proactively identify areas of technical debt and drive initiatives to reduce it.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Hands on with multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help your engineers grow their skills and experience

- Conduct code reviews, and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as get involved in solving bugs and delivering small features

- Hold regular 1:1's with all members of the team, give regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance

- Foster technical decision-making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary

- Provide oversight and leadership to a team of developers to ensure timely execution of team and project deliverables

- Maintain up-to-date skills in software development technologies and a broad understanding of the business, business needs, and how applications/assets drive and support the business

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6+ years of experience in software development and 1+ in team management.

- In-depth technical experience in at least one of the core languages, frameworks, or technologies used in backend development.

- Ability to mentor junior software developers, as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.

- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

- Knowledge of best practices related to design principles, API development and software architecture.

- Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sound fundamentails in software design. 
• Must have worked on distributed and micro service architecture.

• Sound fundamentals of authentication, authorization, payment processes, data security. 
• Must have experience in Spring / Spring boot. 
• Good to have experience in Kafka / JMS / RabbitMQ / AWS Elastic queue. 
• Good to have experience in Junit / mockito unit test cases. 
• Good to have knowledge in Mysql (or any RDBMS).
