Description:

Monarch Tractor likes to invite an experience Python data engineer to lead our internal data engineering team in India. This is a unique opportunity to work on computer vision AI data pipelines for electric tractors. You will be dealing with data from a farm environment like videos, images, tractor logs, GPS coordinates and map polygons. You will be responsible for collecting data for research and development. For example, this includes setting up ETL data pipelines to extract data from tractors, loading these data into the cloud and recording AI training results.

This role includes, but not limited to, the following tasks:

● Lead data engineering team

● Own and contribute to more than 50% of the data engineering code base

● Scope out new project requirements

● Costing data pipeline solutions

● Create data engineering tooling

● Design custom data structures for efficient processing of data

Data engineering skills we are looking for:

● Able to work with large amounts of text log data, image data, and video data

● Fluently use AWS cloud solutions like S3, Lambda, and EC2

● Able to work with data from Robot Operating System

Required Experience:

● 3 to 5 years of experience using Python

● 3 to 5 years of experience using PostgreSQL

● 3 to 5 years of experience using AWS EC2, S3, Lambda

● 3 to 5 years of experience using Ubuntu OS or WSL

Good to have experience:

● Ray

● Robot Operating System

Technical Skills – Must have  

 Lead the design and development of AI-driven test automation frameworks and solutions.

 Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product managers, developers, data scientists) to understand testing requirements and identify areas where AI automation can be effectively implemented.

 Develop and implement test automation strategies for AI-based systems, encompassing various aspects like data generation, model testing, and performance evaluation.

 Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for AI test automation, including AI frameworks, testing tools, and automation platforms.

 Define and implement best practices for AI test automation, covering areas like code standards, test case design, test data management, and ethical considerations.

 Lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers in designing, developing, and executing AI test automation solutions.

 Collaborate with development teams to ensure the testability of AI models and systems, providing guidance and feedback throughout the development lifecycle.

 Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in the AI automation process, continuously optimizing testing effectiveness and efficiency.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI and automation technologies, actively adapting and implementing new knowledge to enhance testing capabilities.

 Knowledge in Generative AI and Conversational AI for implementation in test automation strategies is highly desirable.

 Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, Java, or R.

 Knowledge on AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

 Familiarity with testing methodologies and practices, including Agile and DevOps.

 Working experience on Python/Java and Selenium also knowledge in prompt engineering.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate with the sales team to deliver proposals, solutions etc. (including Request for proposals, request for information, idea and solution generation, road-map creation, and more)
• Coordinate with the tech team to generate appropriate project estimates and to come up with execution timelines and milestones.
• Where relevant, support sales team by presenting solution to prospects and clients.
• Ensure that the proposed (technical) solution is suitable for development, its associated architecture and also get the timelines required to develop the proposed scope.
• To build knowledge repository for further business development.
• To prepare case studies of all projects.
• Be updated with latest industry and technology trends, and to market research.
• Conduct account specific research on key accounts.
• Create solution frameworks for industries / domain we choose to play in.
• Provide support to sales team for any presentations and collaterals on our service offerings.
• Create and maintain a catalogue of service offerings along with necessary collateral in terms of presentations, documents etc.

Fullstack Developer:

We are looking for an onsite Fullstack Developer experienced with Fullstack technologies, Cloud and IoT solutions. For the agile development of our web, mobile, and cloud applications and IoT products, building efficient, reliable and scalable solutions. A hands-on coding role, where you will build and manage your own team.

Tasks:

·        Development of modern based applications in the back-end

·        Development, implementation and optimisation of innovative IoT products, web apps and new features

·        Technical product design, solution architecture, specifications and implementation of Livello solutions

·        Work with a cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deploy universal applications

·        Version control with Git is part of your daily work and continuous integration
