Core Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Designing scalable data models using Star Schema principles. This includes managing relationships, hierarchies, and ensuring the model can handle growing data volumes without slowing down.
• DAX Development: Writing advanced Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to create complex measures for KPIs, time-intelligence (e.g., Year-over-Year growth), and custom business logic.
• ETL & Data Transformation: Using Power Query (M language) to extract data from various sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, Cloud), clean it, and optimize it through techniques like Query Folding.
• Dashboard & Report Design: Creating intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling reports. This involves selecting the right visuals to tell a "data story" rather than just showing numbers.
• Performance Optimization: Tuning slow reports by analyzing query plans, reducing dataset sizes, and implementing Incremental Refresh for large datasets.
• Governance & Security: Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure users only see data they are authorized to view and managing workspace permissions within the Power BI Service.

🛠 Technical Skill Set

1. Expert Level (Power BI Stack)

• Power BI Desktop: Full mastery of the authoring tool.
• DAX & M: Proficiency in both the functional and transformation languages.
• Power BI Service: Understanding of workspaces, gateways, apps, and scheduled refreshes.

2. Supporting Technical Skills

• SQL (Critical): Most "Power BI" jobs are actually 50% SQL jobs. You must be able to write complex queries to pull and pre-filter data at the source.
• Data Warehousing: Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks.
• Python/R: (Optional but preferred) For advanced statistical modeling or custom visuals.

3. Soft Skills

• Requirement Gathering: The ability to interview stakeholders to understand what business problem they are trying to solve.

Job Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians virtually in real time during patient visits to document patient-provider interactions directly into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Record dictated patient history, physical examination, review of systems, and other relevant medical information during live encounters
• Update and maintain accurate patient health records, including lab results, imaging, and follow-up documentation
• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians prior to and during patient appointments
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA and healthcare facility policies
• Monitor and document test results, referrals, and follow-up instructions as directed by the provider
• Facilitate real-time communication between provider and patient, ensuring all notes and orders are accurately captured
• Support providers in improving workflow efficiency and reducing administrative burden
• No transcription of recorded audio; all documentation is performed live during patient encounters
• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support provider productivity

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live medical scribing (not transcription or recorded scribing)
• Excellent English communication skills; US accent preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (60+ words per minute preferred)
• Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) and medical documentation software
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflow
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, live clinical environment
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pre-med, life sciences, or related field preferred

• Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products or services

Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for Voice related issues

·       SMSC, SMPP, HTTP, HTTPS, SIGTRAN, SS7 experience

·       Knowledge and relevant experience on VPN and messaging nodes (SMSC, Bulk SMS, SMSR, SMS HUB)

·       Manage day to day operations of SMPP SS7 SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting

·       New clients interconnect and interconnection testing

·       Monitoring of all alarms/alerts/Performance from system and System health checklist for various nodes

·       Monitoring €“ Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time

·       Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity

·       Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service

·       Use a variety of tools (Ethereal/Wireshark, ping, traceroute, browser, etc.) to quickly verify reported events Head to Head testing/configuration with clients

·       Management reporting as per requirement Maintain a good understanding of all NOC processes and implement them appropriately
