As ServiceNow Architect at L3 level, you will be the strategic technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will architect complex, multi-module implementations while mentoring junior architects and development teams, driving technical excellence across client engagements. Your expertise will directly impact clients' digital transformation initiatives and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Solution Architecture & Design

·       Lead the design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and emerging modules

·       Own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for enterprise implementations

·       Conduct requirements analysis with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade technical designs

·       Design and implement solutions leveraging Common Services Data Model (CSDM) alignment for platform consistency

·       Architect multi-instance strategies for large-scale, geographically distributed deployments

·       Ensure solutions incorporate best practices, scalability, performance optimization, and future-readiness

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

·       Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers and developers

·       Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices for the practice

·       Lead technical design reviews and solution validation against enterprise architecture frameworks

·       Champion thought leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem through innovation and quality delivery
