As ServiceNow Architect at L3 level, you will be the strategic technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will architect complex, multi-module implementations while mentoring junior architects and development teams, driving technical excellence across client engagements. Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Solution Architecture & Design

·       Lead the design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and emerging modules

·       Own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for enterprise implementations

·       Conduct requirements analysis with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade technical designs

·       Design and implement solutions leveraging Common Services Data Model (CSDM) alignment for platform consistency

·       Architect multi-instance strategies for large-scale, geographically distributed deployments

·       Ensure solutions incorporate best practices, scalability, performance optimization, and future-readiness

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

·       Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers and developers

·       Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices for the practice

·       Lead technical design reviews and solution validation against enterprise architecture frameworks

·       Champion thought leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem through innovation and quality delivery

·       Coach development teams on advanced scripting, API usage, and platform capabilities

Strategic Planning & Governance

·       Partner closely with senior client leadership to define platform strategy and long-term IT roadmaps

·       Drive technical governance frameworks including security, compliance, and operational controls

·       Plan and manage complex system upgrades, patches, and feature releases with minimal operational impact

·       Define integration strategies and manage dependencies across legacy and modern systems

·       Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives

Integration & Data Architecture

·       Architect complex integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server, and Integration Hub

·       Design data management strategies ensuring integrity, consistency, and efficient utilization

·       Lead integration solution design with third-party enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, etc.)

·       Oversee data migration, transformation, and import strategies using Import Sets, Data Sources, and Flow Designer

·       Implement API-based integration architectures and event-driven solutions

Advanced Configuration & Customization

·       Oversee customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules ensuring scalability and maintainability

·       Design and implement advanced customizations including custom modules, scoped applications, and extensions

·       Lead configuration decisions on CMDB structure optimization and asset management

·       Architect workflow automation solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes

·       Design advanced reporting and analytics solutions leveraging ServiceNow analytics platform

Quality Assurance & Deployment

·       Establish and enforce quality standards across development, testing, and production environments

·       Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines for update set management and deployment automation

·       Conduct system and integration testing strategies, ensuring reliability and performance

·       Manage release management processes and coordinate cross-environment deployments

·       Drive performance tuning and optimization initiatives for platform health

Client Engagement & Documentation

·       Act as the primary technical subject matter expert and escalation point for complex engagements

·       Facilitate architecture workshops and technical solutioning sessions with stakeholders

·       Produce comprehensive solution documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides

·       Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

·       Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and thought leadership

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

·       Monitor emerging ServiceNow features, modules, and platform enhancements

·       Evaluate new technologies and assess their applicability to client environments

·       Drive innovation initiatives that enhance platform value and operational efficiency

·       Contribute to organizational knowledge base and best practice documentation

·       Stay current with ITIL service lifecycle, enterprise architecture frameworks, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience & Expertise

·       5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules

·       Minimum 3 years in a lead or architect role managing enterprise-scale implementations

·       Deep expertise in ServiceNow instance management, architecture design, and configuration (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM,VMS,FSM Modules)

·       Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, multi-module solutions in enterprise environments

·       Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and industry best practices

Technical Skills

·       In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture patterns, design principles, and the Common Services Data Model (CSDM)

·       Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes)

·       Extensive hands-on experience with job scheduling, workflow automation, and scheduled scripts

·       Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow integrations: REST APIs, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server, and Integration Hub

·       Proven expertise in data management including Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources, and data integrity strategies

·       Deep knowledge of update sets, scoped applications, deployment best practices, and instance cloning

·       Strong experience with system logging, monitoring, audit trails, and performance analytics

·       Proficiency in designing CMDB strategies and maintaining data model integrity

SharePoint Security Architect

EVOCS is seeking a SharePoint Security Architect to lead a engagement focused on discovery and future state recommendations for a large enterprise SharePoint Online environment.

This role is heavily assessment-driven: you will map the tenant, identify architectural and security gaps, and produce deliverables including a Gap Register, Data Exposure Catalog, Architecture Map, and a Future State Recommendations Report. You will be hands-on with discovery, confident in stakeholder engagement, and able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable reports.

Responsibilities

Discovery and Analysis

• Inventory and map the entire SharePoint Online estate (sites, hubs, Teams-backed sites, channel sites, OneDrive interactions).
• Extract and analyze site and library permissions, identify inheritance breaks, and highlight excessive role assignments.
• Enumerate all external sharing links, classify by type (Anyone, Org-wide, Specific People), and review expiry posture.
• Catalog guest accounts and sponsorship status; identify stale or unmanaged guests.
• Review tenant and site-level settings affecting external collaboration.
• Assess adoption of sensitivity labels, DLP coverage, retention/records configuration, and conflicts.
• Evaluate monitoring and logging posture, Unified Audit Log retention, and SIEM routing.
• Inventory third-party applications, OAuth consents, and risky Power Automate flows.

Gap Register and Reporting

• Produce a Gap Register: clear gap statements with evidence, risk scoring (severity/likelihood), business impact, and suggested owners.
• Build a Data Exposure Catalog for sensitive libraries and their exposure posture.
• Deliver an Architecture Map showing current hubs, sites, and high-risk clusters.
• Develop an Executive Heat Map of the top 10 risks.

Future State Recommendations

• Define a target SharePoint security and governance model:
• Site provisioning, ownership, and lifecycle controls.
• External collaboration model (guest lifecycle, expirations, access reviews).
• Baseline tenant and site settings for sharing, links, and unmanaged device sessions.
• Content protection model (sensitivity labels, auto-labeling, DLP tiers, retention standards).
• Monitoring and alerting strategy with dashboards and escalation paths.
• Outline a phased roadmap with quick wins, 90-day baselines, and a 6-month uplift.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead technical workshops with admins, security engineering, and business data owners.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused risks and recommendations.
• Produce polished deliverables: Discovery Workbook, Gap Register, Recommendations Report, and executive presentation decks.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online in large, enterprise environments.
• Proven track record leading at least two tenant-wide SharePoint security or architecture assessments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access controls: Conditional Access, PIM, access reviews, cross-tenant access.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Defender for Office 365.
• Strong familiarity with Unified Audit Log, KQL queries, and SIEM integrations.
• Experience auditing app consents and Power Automate flows for data leakage risk.
• Proficiency with PnP.PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell scripting.
• Exceptional ability to produce clean, evidence-driven documentation and reports.
