As a Sales Development Representative,you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
The right candidate will work well, think outside the box, and be highly self-motivated.


Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads by rigorously prospecting in the assigned region or market via outbound model.
Respond quickly and qualify inbound marketing leads via web form or web chat, as required.
Do rigorous research on companies, present solution, doing demo, and follow-ups.
Be product expert and champion.
Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
Collate and help Product and Marketing teams with feedback.

Job Requirements

 Proven work experience of min one year as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
 Prior SDR experience in SaaS product firms is mandatory
Previously handled products with pricing in range of 500 to 1000USD monthly billing is     mandatory
 SMB and or Mid-Market experience mandatory
 Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions like US Or UK or Global Markets mandatory - 

Good To Have

Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Slintel, Hubspot etc.

- Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system
-High levelof experience working in Node JS

- Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular et al

- Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console

- Passionate to create good design and usability

- A team player with good communication skills

- Experience with React is an added advantage

• Experience in developing web applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, DWR, JSP
• Knowledge in Oracle Database concepts

- Multiple solution stack development experience along with MEAN(Mongo, Express, Angular and Node)

- Python with any web framework

- Micro Services, Performance Engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, AZURE, CI/CD pipeline,, MySQL and Database design

Job Role :

- Responsible for component selection, design standardization, common library building.

- Build services and templates based on published standard (RFC type)Build coding templates and architypes adhering to design standard.

- Understand NFR and define architecture, design and validation for each NFR element.

- Design data model, service contract and document framework.Define and ensure coding standards

- Define and ensure UI standards are followed. Design micro services, security, deployment Well-versed in module level effort estimationWell-versed in application integration patterns Exposure to bug fixing, maintenance, continuous integration releases.

- Exposure to building architectural view like logical, physical and deployment.Exposure to performance bottleneck, RCA and remediation.Exposure to security issues, RCA and remediation.

Process Exposure :

- Able to interact with team, stakeholders and architects. Understand functional requirements and create design documents for features.

- Participate in sprint planning and story elaboration sessions.

- Candidate should be able to work independently in an Agile project.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development, Integration testing and Agile processes.

- Code review from a standard and design adherence perspective.

• Responsible to develop API application using Mongo DB, Express and Node on AZURE/Docker environment.
• Write and maintain the back-end code as micro services & to work in API development.
• Experience in Test Driven Development.

Process Exposure:

• Able to interact with team and understand functional requirements and create design documents for new features.
• Exposure to bug fixing, maintenance, continuous integration releases.
• Participate in sprint planning and story elaboration sessions.
• Should be able to work independently contributing to Agile project.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development, Integration testing and Agile processes.
• Reviews peers code from a standard and design adherence perspective.
