Job Title: Sr. Reliability Engineer/ Engineering Manager

Location: Powai (Mumbai)/ Bangaluru/ Delhi NCR

• Responsible for the setup for the Continuous Integration build and deployment for DEV and UAT environments

• Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues effectively and efficiently
• Supporting projects during the normalization phase after Go-Live and ensuring the smooth transitions to operations
• Review and implement the processes related to IT Support and Operations before handing over to Support Services

Day in the life...

As a machine learning engineer at Neysa, you would be required to

- Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to identify network-related challenges and areas where ML can provide solutions. Understand the specific network remediation problems that need to be addressed.

- Develop ML-based models and algorithms specific to issues that affect computer networks, for example, congestion, security threats and human errors.

- Be comfortable handling multiple types and data sources and then pre-process and clean them for modelling purposes. 

- Develop machine learning models that analyse networking data to predict (and possibly prevent) issues, detect anomalies or optimise performance. Choose the right approach for each, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or traditional statistical methods. 

- Train and evaluate the efficacy of your models, create performance metrics to assess robustness and effectiveness, and use feedback loops to make course corrections.

- Design solutions that can scale to handle large network environments efficiently. This typically means optimising execution latency and resource usage.  

- Integrate your model to work with running and maintaining a network. These could be with other machines, human operators, or both. 

- Document your design, architecture and your thought process. Work with the technical writers to make sure your message gets through.

- Stay updated with all that is changing in AI and ML.

Must have skills

- You should have expertise in machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model development. It would be best to have proficiency in associated frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.

- You should understand how computer networks work, how they are used, how they fail, and what happens if they fail.

- You should be proficient in programming languages like Python, R, Go, LISP, etc. It would help if you also were very useful with old-school shell scripting. 

- Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark or Kafka. 

- An above-average understanding of Linux and operating systems in general.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• 10+ years relevant work experience, including technical program management or equivalent management experience in a mid- to large-sized Financial Technology firms or Payment’s technology divisions running complex software development programs with multiple stakeholders for at least 5 years.
• 3+ years of experience as a People Manager, managing a team of 40 to 50 members, inclusive of building and growing the team.
• Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining large scale projects in BFSI Domain.
• Looking for professionals who have started their career into Development and Coding; have grown into Tech Lead roles followed by further transition into Project Management roles under BFSI domain.
• Should have entirely owned the product development from start to end, i.e., inception to implementation. Someone who has worked on end-to-end implementation/development will be apt for this role.
• Should be an expert in stake holder management, negotiating the requirement with the product team and understanding the timeline, team size, and the budget of the project.
• Must also analyze requirements Vs the timeline.
• Should be able to help interact with the architects meaningfully and gain knowledge of what infrastructure, the technology, APIs to use, front-end dependencies, solutions, and integration across the organization, the candidate should understand the business requirement and how to implement it technically. Accordingly, they will be able to plan and deliver.
• Working expertise in Agile, Jira, and Cloud is mandatory. Agile Safe is essential.
• Exposure to running agile ceremonies, change or release management. ServiceNow and similar change management tools are highly considerable.
• Working experience with microservices, API servers, Mobile and Web Application Development is a must.
• Prior experience with CI/CD software development process

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MS/MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• Must have hands-on experience in Java, Front end technologies like Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular, AWS, Modular software development, multi-tenant architecture and highly scalable systems and Server Operating systems internals, benchmarking and performance tuning (Linux & Windows)
