Job Title: Sr. Reliability Engineer/ Engineering Manager

Ideal candidate has:

• 6-10  years 
• Product Background 

3-5 years of proven experience in Automation /Performance Testing.

Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Experience in Playwright

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Experience with version control tools like Git. Exposure to performance testing or security testing is a bonus.
