About the Role

We are looking for a software engineer to join our core platform team. The Platform team is a small group of experienced engineers managing ProjectDiscovery infrastructure, improving developer velocity, and ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our software. We are highly engaged in shaping the engineering culture at ProjectDiscovery, and operate as “the execution arm” working closely with founders and our CTO.

• Own codebase health, iteration velocity, and developer experience for all of ProjectDiscovery engineering.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Work across the stack, from crafting intuitive front-end interfaces to building robust backend systems.
• Design and implement secure, maintainable APIs for seamless integration of tools and platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expert with JavaScript (Next.js, React) and backend technologies like Node.js and Go.
• Experience with cloud services (Vercel, AWS, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database systems like PostgreSQL, Elastic or MongoDB.
• Self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems at scale.
• Operating and optimizing CI/CD systems to improve developer velocity

Our Interview Process

We value efficiency and technical excellence in our hiring process:

1. Application Review: Your application is reviewed by a technical team member.
2. Initial Screening: A short call to understand your background, goals, and fit.

• Technical Rounds:Coding Assessment: Solve challenges using our tech stack.
• Create PR: Develop or enhance a feature related to one of our open-source tools.

1. Final Round: Showcase your work, share your vision, and discuss how you can contribute to ProjectDiscovery at our office in Jaipur.

• Responsible for recruitment cycle which includes Screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews.
• Resourcing suitable candidates through different sources, such as: Using job portals, Employee referrals, Database, References, Networking.
• Posting Jobs and Fetching Resumes from Job Portals. 
• Salary Negotiation with candidate.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis of selected candidates. 
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of compensation policy. 
• Other documentation which includes: validations of certificates & documents, training arrangements, briefing of company policies and rules & regulations.
• Managing welfare measures, HR - Management initiatives, employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels, productivity and relationship building.

• Manages the delivery of large, complex Data Science projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with stake holders to manage scope and risk. Help the AI/ML Solution
• Analyst to build solution as per customer need on our platform Newgen AI Cloud. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years experience on the aforementioned tech stack
• 3+ years overall mobile app development experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player
• Must have experience on native iOS or Android development without Flutter
• Should thoroughly know app store/play store build deployment process
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions

Responsibilities:

• Coding,  and debugging in Flutter
• Interaction with the client to understand their requirements
• Participating in task estimation
• Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth and quality deliveries.

Job Description:

• Strong Coding skills in C#, .NET with Windows for 4 to 8 years is mandatory
• Experience in OOPS, Design Patterns, UML Modelling is a must
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment is needed
• Basic Knowledge of SAFe, its Jargons minimally in theory
• Ability to build Ramp up Plans and Bring Teams up to Speed

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of building and maintaining APP
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Open to work on both Android and iOS front end

Requirements:

• React Developer with 2 years of experience
• Solid understanding of Javascript, NodeJS fundamentals
• Full stack understanding of Backend services, API implementation and database systems.
• Experience in either iOS(Swift, Objective C, XCode) or Android(Android Studio, Java, Kotlin)
• At least 2 year of experience in React app development
• Ability to implement designs and functionality provided by UI/UX teams
• Understanding of production deployment of the app in the App Store and Play Store

Key Skills:

• React, NodeJS

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Analytics and AWS web hosting
• Android(Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, )
• Knowledge of server-side technologies like Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc depending on your technology stack)
• Willing to explore and work on other tech stacks
