Job Title: Sr. Reliability Engineer/ Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients using various channels (cold calls, emails, and social media).
• Build Pipeline: Generate high-quality leads to fill the sales pipeline and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Personalize Pitches: Tailor messaging to each client’s needs, ensuring a high level of relevance and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Prospecting: As a SDR you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high potential customers via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline. ● Lead Nurturing: You will follow up with qualified leads and build a relationship with them, answering their questions and providing helpful information to move them closer to a buying decision. ● Sales Enablement: You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and help them be more effective in closing deals. This can involve creating sales collateral, providing market insights, and organizing training sessions. ● Data Management: You’ll be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all their activities and interactions with potential customers. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

·       Able to generate LLD documents.

·       Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects.

·       Unit Test and following the coding standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

·       5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

·       Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

·       Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

·       NodeJS experience is value add

·       Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

·       Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

·       One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter.
