Role Overview:

We are hiring a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build scalable web applications. You’ll work on both front-end and back-end, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop responsive UIs using React, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
• Build back-end APIs with Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
• Integrate AWS services like Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
• Optimize deployments using AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
• Ensure code quality with Mocha/Chai/Sinon, ESLint, and Prettier.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience with React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (CDK/Terraform).
• Familiarity with MySQL, Elasticsearch, and modern testing frameworks.

Must Have
- Stack: Wordpress, Javascript

Nice to have
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing and Lead Generation
- Some experience/knowledge in python is preferred.
- Building wireframes

• 4+ Years of proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Good experience in building custom WordPress themes, custom  plugins  and configuring content using custom fields.
• Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience using CSS Grid, CSS Flexbox 
• Good Communication skills

• Building the website front-end and back-end from scratch without using any page builders. 

• Creating easy to use, intuitive,  well-structured backend for content management.
• Writing SEO friendly, high performant code.
• Configuring  server environments such as LEMP.
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Software Engineer located in Pune. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for software development, microservices, programming, Spring Framework, and Java. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing software solutions, debugging and testing code, developing and maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Driving the success of the software engineering team at Datamotive.

• Collaborating with senior and peer engineers to prioritize and deliver features on the roadmap.

• Build strong development team with focus on building optimized & usable solutions.

• Research, Design & Develop distributed solution to handle workload mobility across multi & hybrid clouds

• Assist in Identifying, Researching & Designing newer features and cloud platform support in areas of disaster recovery, data protection, workload migration etc.

• Assist in building product roadmap.

• Conduct pilot tests to assess the functionality of newly developed programs.

• Front facing customers for product introduction, knowledge transfer, solutioning, bugs triaging etc.

• Assist customers by giving product demos, conducting POCs, trainings etc.

• Manage Datamotive infrastructure, bring innovative automation for optimizing infrastructure usage through monitoring and scripting.

• Design test environments to simulate customer behaviours and use cases in VMware vSphere, AWS, GCP, Azure clouds.

• Help write technical documentation, generate marketing content like blogs, webinars, seminars etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 3 – 8 years of experience in software development with relevant domain understanding of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Ransomware Recovery.

• A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with at least one of the major public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure or VMware)

• A strong understanding and experience of designing and developing architecture of complex, distributed systems.

• Insights into development of client-server SaaS applications with good breadth across networking, storage, micro-services, and other web technologies.

• Experience of building and leading strong development teams with systems product development background

• Programming knowledge in either of GO Lang, C, C++, Python or Shell script.

• Should be a computer science graduate with strong fundamentals & problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of virtualization, storage and cloud platforms like VMware, AWS, GCP, Azure and/or Kubernetes will be preferable

Description: ​

As a Full-stack Java Developer, your main tasks will be to:​
​

•  Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support​
•  Work with the Business Analyst and Solution Architects to understand the business requirements ​
•  Translate them to technical solutions in the application​
•  Write technical specifications and ensure proper traceability with detailed specifications & v-code​
•  Create and implement good practice of coding, testing and deploying​
•  Assure code review​
• Experience in architecture design will be a plus (N Tiers, Serverless...)​
•  Experience in Micro services is mandatory​
•  Experience with containerization tools (ex: Docker) and migration will be a plus.​

Your Profile:​

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent discipline​
• 5-10 years of overall experience in professional software engineering​
• Angular 4, HTML5, CSS2/3, Jquery, Bootstrap, Testing Jasmine or other tools Experience required​
• Hard core hands-on experience with various Java / web technologies and frameworks: Spring (Core, Security, MVC), Hibernate, JPA, REST, JMS, Maven; etc.​
• Have a very good knowledge about design patterns and development principles SDLC.. ​
• Proven/previous experience with CI/CD & Agile ​
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude​
• Excellent written and oral communication skills​
• Track record on GIT usage​
• TDD, BDD​
• Other desirable exp: Node js, MongoDB, SoIR, Elastic search, contributing to open source projects. ​
