Key Responsibilities:

·       Work with the growth marketing team and ICP to launch and scale the SaaS offering.

·       Implement and manage CRM tools to monitor performance metrics and sales activities.

·       Set up inside sales unit and recruit, train and grow an efficient team of SDRs, AEs and CSMs.

About the Position:

The Professional Services Consultant (Developer/Team Lead) will be a technical leader accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice, and executing customer implementation projects while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption.
