Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist / Associate to manage outstanding invoices, ensure timely collections, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and reconciliation skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Track invoices, payment schedules, and overdue accounts regularly
- Contact clients via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp regarding payment follow-ups and account status
- Coordinate with customers to resolve payment delays and negotiate payment plans when required
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies in invoices or payments
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment updates
- Handle customer queries and resolve billing-related issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations for issue resolution
- Prepare periodic AR aging reports and collection status updates for management
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure smooth payment cycles and minimize future payment issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
