Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure long-term partnerships with large multi-specialty hospitals, oncology centers, and diagnostic networks to implement our data aggregation platforms.
- Revenue Generation: Drive B2B sales cycles from lead generation to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets for new and recurring business.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex hospital hierarchies to engage with CXOs, Medical Directors, and Heads of IT/Radiology, presenting the value of clinical data and AI-driven analytics.
- Ecosystem Building: Manage and scale a network of Channel Partners, OEMs, and clinical collaborators to expand market reach.

Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: 6+ years of experience in MedTech/Healthcare IT sales, with at least 2+ years specifically in PACS, RIS, Medical Imaging, or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with major hospital groups and diagnostic chains in North and East India.
- Network: An existing strong network of contacts among hospital administrators and decision-makers in the region.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of how medical data flows within a hospital (DICOM, HL7, EMR/EHR systems).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm, Bio-Tech, or Engineering) followed by an MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is highly preferred.
