What You’ll Do:

Who You Are:

Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in a remote partner or biz-dev role
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Proven track record of hitting targets in an unstructured environment
- Flexible working hours, with at least 2 hours/day overlapping Vancouver (Pacific) time
- Rock-solid attention to detail
· Have Knowledge of the UC &/or CC platforms in the market (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)
· Having voice and Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have
· Have solid business acumen and executive presence, able to position UC/CC Communication platform end-to-end
Responsibilities :
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to brands outreach and relationship management
- Develop and execute partnerships strategy for product offerings
- Partner with businesses that help reinforce the brand position and drive user growth
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate & lead immediate and cross functional team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships and the deployment
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Mentor and manage execution teams interacting with our customers and internal stakeholders to deliver goals as per partner agreement

- Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize Partnerships

- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.

Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working in a Brand partnerships & alliances team, preferably in front facing roles

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, Objects & Fields Set up, Process builder, Workflow rules, Validation rules, Formula Fields, LWC, Flows and Basic Integration experience, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Deployment using Change Set, Using tools like VS code, developer Console, Workbench and Dataloader

1. End-to-end coordination for client interviews and tests during the pre-sales phase.

As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales primarily for North America & Europe market.
What you will do:
- Leading sales demonstrations, following up with the prospect throughout the cycle via multiple mediums including email & phone calls and bringing to closure
- Staying in touch with the prospect to understand their requirements and feedback, and acting accordingly
- Playing a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned
