About the role:
As an Associate Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales focused on selling our company's services to large enterprise clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and foster strong client relationships. Primarily, you will be solving the following key problems:
- How to close more enterprise accounts?
- How to be better at consultative selling?
- How to increase the conversion ratio?

Key Responsibilities:
We strongly believe that in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the activities/responsibilities will keep changing depending on the needs of the hour. Lead Generation:
- Use cold calling and other sales channels to identify and generate leads within the enterprise segment.
- Build a pipeline of new business by identifying opportunities with decision-makers at large enterprise clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.
- Act as the first point of contact and lead the communication between prospects and Growisto’s solutions team.
- Effectively pitch and present Growisto’s services, keeping the client’s needs at the forefront.
Sales Process Management:
- Focus on consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Move leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to onboarding as clients.
- Monitor and track lead progress, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Regularly report on team and individual performance to senior management.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for complex enterprise contracts, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Skills (Must Have):
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to appeal to the varying needs of multiple stakeholders in the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
- Excellent use of insights and reliability around data-driven decision making

●Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.
● Conduct quality-related reviews of customer service and engagement performance, evaluating against client and internal quality standards to ensure proper call and transaction handling. This includes call monitoring, review of data entry/transactions processed, and evaluation of any other performance metric that may impact quality (i.e. handle time, speed of answer, etc.).
● Provide specific feedback to supervisory and management staff regarding agent areas of opportunity for their team members. Support supervisory staff in their coaching efforts and provide coaching assistance as needed.
● Responsible for completing the required number of quality reviews for each customer service or engagement agent based on BPO Sales and Operations performance guidelines.

Job Profile:
