Role Overview

We are seeking an inspiring Soft Skills trainer who doesn't just "deliver lectures" but facilitates transformation. You will coach students to articulate their "Proof of Work"—translating complex technical projects into compelling narratives for global recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Mentoring: Lead interactive sessions using role-plays and simulations to bridge the gap between technical data and business impact.

• Personal Branding: LinkedIn optimization and resume writing for the 2026 job market.

• Data-Driven Assessment: Use 5-point rubrics to track student competency growth and provide objective, actionable feedback.

• Placement Readiness: Conduct intensive "Interview Mastery" workshops and "Work Culture" sessions before each of the 8 professional internships students undergo.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with industry mentors to ensure soft skills are woven into the fabric of semester-long engineering projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–10 years in soft skills training, corporate coaching, or talent development (experience with engineering/STEM students is a major plus).

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency with modern training tools (Mentimeter, Google Workspace)

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related fields

• Certifications: ICF, Toastmasters, CPT, or ATD certifications are strongly preferred. Though equivalent practical experience will also be considered

SA Role Summary:

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of technology solutions that align with the organization's business goals and technology standards. This role involves working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

●      Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business processes and technology landscape.

●      Design holistic technology solutions that address business challenges and opportunities, integrating with existing systems and technologies where necessary.

●      Define and document architectural designs, including system components, functionalities, interfaces, and data flows.

●      Taking into account all pillars of the Well-Architected Framework (WAF) on AWS - including Scalability, Resiliency

●      Identifying reusable components in a project and working with the Backend team to generalize those components.

●      Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certification (Preferred)

Technical Leadership and Guidance:

●      Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.

●      Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for the effective development and management of solutions.

●      Ensure the implemented solution is in compliance with the designed architecture. Deviation from the architecture must be evaluated and agreed upon.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

●      Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

●      Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

●      Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Project and Risk Management:

●      Participate in project planning activities, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, and risk assessment.

●      Identify potential technical and project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices:

●      Ensure solutions are designed and implemented to high-quality standards, including performance, security, and scalability considerations.

●      Advocate for and ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

●      Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to organizational needs.

●      Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency improvements in technology practices.

Job Role :

o Experience in Front-end web development using JavaScript jQuery,Angular, HTML5, CSS

o Responsible for handling end to end design & execution of all product web interfaces

o Develop new user-facing features & build reusable code and libraries for future use Work closely on UI/UX designs and back end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development problems

o Design, development, integration, delivery of different UI side modules of the product

o Develop and enhance modular, multilingual, cross-browser front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, etc.

o Experience in making responsive layouts

o Experience developing in Agile development processes

o Work closely with product management, customer support and SQA to continuously evolve and innovate the product.

o Involvement in the full development life cycle of projects. Working as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative

o Facilitate in the decision-making processes with team members both in terms of new system development and enhancement to current systems

o Experience of full software development life cycle and Agile Strong verbal & written skills required to interact with global teams. Highly motivated, analytical thinking individual
