Responsibilities:
ā¢ Take up new products, features, interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms
centered towards content creation and navigation
ā¢ Collaborate with fellow designers, developers and other stakeholders to come up with an amazing
product that is feasible, viable and delightful
ā¢ Build and ship mockups, flows, spec, prototypes and proper handoff to developers along with
providing constant feedback
ā¢ Come up with your own findings, pain points, challenges and use design to solve them and find a
way to include growth-driven design ethically
Requirements:
ā¢ You are efficient in using popular design tools
ā¢ You are well versed in design thinking and their processes including research, wireframing,
prototyping and testing
ā¢ You have the ability to take care of end-to-end execution from research to testing

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Work on an agile engineering team writing maintainable and scalable code for software components and
influencing team decisions.
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to imagine, design, develop, test, and launch software.
ā¢ Capable of independently clarifying technical requirements, assessing development estimates and
applying a broad range of design approaches.
ā¢ Review code of other team members and provide constructive direction.
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement of software quality and maintainability of products/features.
ā¢ Continuous learning of technology trends, tools, and approaches, including sharing this knowledge with
your team.
ā¢ Mentor and lead developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
Requirements:
ā¢ Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and
scaling) of new and current systems
ā¢ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work
experience;
ā¢ 3 to 6 years of Software Development experience;
ā¢ Experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility,
usability, design, and security in mind. If you don't have all of these, that's ok.
ā¢ Strong coding skills
ā¢ Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven
development.
ā¢ Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational and no-sql databases.
ā¢ Familiar with building complex web applications.
ā¢ Software development experience in building highly scalable applications.
ā¢ Any previous experience in working with Node.js, Redis, FFMPEG, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Cassandra,
Kafka or AWS is a plus.
