Responsibilities:
• Take up new products, features, interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms
centered towards content creation and navigation
• Collaborate with fellow designers, developers and other stakeholders to come up with an amazing
product that is feasible, viable and delightful
• Build and ship mockups, flows, spec, prototypes and proper handoff to developers along with
providing constant feedback
• Come up with your own findings, pain points, challenges and use design to solve them and find a
way to include growth-driven design ethically
Requirements:
• You are efficient in using popular design tools
• You are well versed in design thinking and their processes including research, wireframing,
prototyping and testing
• You have the ability to take care of end-to-end execution from research to testing

• Work on an agile engineering team writing maintainable and scalable code for software components and
influencing team decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to imagine, design, develop, test, and launch software.
• Capable of independently clarifying technical requirements, assessing development estimates and
applying a broad range of design approaches.
• Review code of other team members and provide constructive direction.
• Drive continuous improvement of software quality and maintainability of products/features.
• Continuous learning of technology trends, tools, and approaches, including sharing this knowledge with

Requirements:
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and
scaling) of new and current systems
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work
experience;
• 3 to 6 years of Software Development experience;
• Experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility,
usability, design, and security in mind. If you don't have all of these, that's ok.
• Strong coding skills
• Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven
development.
• Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational and no-sql databases.
• Familiar with building complex web applications.
• Software development experience in building highly scalable applications.
• Any previous experience in working with Node.js, Redis, FFMPEG, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Cassandra,
Kafka or AWS is a plus.

Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll ensure that projects don’t just get built — they get shipped. You’ll be the driving force behind architecture design, technical decision-making, project delivery, and stakeholder communication.
