Sales Executive – Healthcare Technology (North & South India)
We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Sales Executive with a deep understanding of the medical imaging and health informatics landscape. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Cloud-based Imaging solutions across the North and South regions of India.
The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter who can navigate the complexities of large hospital chains, diagnostic centers, and government healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and close high-value opportunities for PACS, RIS, and DICOM management solutions within the assigned territories.
- Solution Selling: Drive the transition from traditional CapEx models to DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) and SaaS subscriptions, emphasizing long-term value and scalability.
- Interoperability Advocacy: Position our products as seamless integrators within existing EMR/EHR ecosystems, leveraging a strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR standards.
- C-Suite Engagement: Build and maintain influential relationships with CXOs, Medical Directors, and Head of Radiologists.
- Regional Management: Oversee sales pipelines for both the North (e.g., Delhi NCR, Punjab, UP) and South (e.g., Karnataka, TN, Telangana, Kerala) markets.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of proven track record in healthcare IT sales or medical imaging.
- Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Medical Imaging: DICOM standards, PACS/RIS workflows, and VNA (Vendor Neutral Archives).
- Health Informatics: EMR/EHR integration and HL7 messaging protocols.
- Cloud Models: Familiarity with DaaS, IaaS, or managed services in a clinical context.
- Regional Insight: Deep understanding of the healthcare procurement cycles and key stakeholders in North and South India.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, IT, or Business. An MBA is a significant plus.
