Today, stitching together a production-ready video poses a litany of challenges: uploading assets from multiple sources, soliciting input from multiple departments, maintaining version control, and getting sign-off on final releases. As you can guess, a lot of this workflow has been happening across multiple tools. Desynova unifies the assets and the conversation. We're aiming to become the media collaboration layer for the entire internet.

As part of the Product Management Team, you will help strategize and design our products, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute to product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and analyzing user needs. Define and validate use case scenarios with statistics and metrics.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends
• Validating and pitching new product ideas
• Defining features through detailed specifications and user stories
• Creating elaborate mock-ups and wireframes with industry standard prototyping tools (Optional)
• Working with design and engineering teams through feature implementations
• Maintaining timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated
• Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance
• Basic understanding of how to read code, code comments and verify business logic during code reviews.
• Basic understanding of APIS, how to read & understand them, Verify the API response as per product & business requirements
• Ability to talk extensively about features and product during live demos

AWS Data Engineer:

Job Description

• 3+ years of experience in AWS Data Engineering.

• Design and build ETL pipelines & Data lakes to automate ingestion of structured and unstructured data

• Experience working with AWS big data technologies (Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, Kinesis, Athena ,DMS, EMR and Lambda for Serverless ETL)

• Should have knowledge in SQL and NoSQL programming languages.

• Have worked on batch and real time pipelines.

• Excellent programming and debugging skills in Scala or Python & Spark.

• Good Experience in Data Lake formation, Apache spark, python, hands on experience in deploying the models.

• Must have experience in Production migration Process

• Nice to have experience with Power BI visualization tools and connectivity

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build and operationalize large scale enterprise data solutions and applications

• Analyze, re-architect and re-platform on premise data warehouses to data platforms on AWS cloud.

• Design and build production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within AWS big data architecture, using Python, or Scala.

• Perform detail assessments of current state data platforms and create an appropriate transition path to AWS cloud.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of industry work experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• 3+ years of web application development with JavaScript as full stack
• Full stack experience designing and building scalable applications from end-to-end 
• Excellent JavaScript / Typescript skills
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks knowledge is plus)
• Strong proficiency in Nodejs
• Good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive web design 
• Must have Design and development experience in Micro services using NodeJS and TypeScript
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregation framework and Redis 
• Experience with Web sockets and related frameworks (e.g. Socket.IO) 
• Experience in using and developing GraphQL APIs
• Experience in performance tuning
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
• Open minded to take up any challenge, research and provide solutions 
• Great attention to detail
