Summary - 

A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Mechanical Face Seals (MFS) and Radial Oil Seals (ROS) across target industries:
• Identify opportunities for MFS/RSS account growth and upselling, working collaboratively with clients to introduce new products or services that align with their business objectives.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through market mapping, OEM engagement, and distributor networks.

OEM & Key Account Management

Technical Sales Support:
