Amazon Web Services (AWS)CoinFantasy is looking for a tech enthusiast working primarily on blockchain technology to be part of the core blockchain team at CoinFantasy. You would be a part of the Roadmap team that is working on the architecture, design, development, and deployment of our decentralised platform.
Your primary responsibilities would be analysing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model, and writing smart contracts.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer our blockchain, database, and DevOps infrastructure.
- Cross team collaboration to coordinate safe, efficient releases.
- Build complex pipelines for
- Databases, Messaging, Storage, Compute in AWS.
- Build deployment pipeline with Github CI (Actions).
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve our protocols.
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Experience working with DevOps, Infrastructure, Site Reliability or Cloud Engineering
- Understanding the entire tech stack of Blockchain Dapps
- Strong experience working with any configuration management tools
- Languages: Any modern programming language
- Experience working with some of the major public clouds. e.g. AWS, Azure
- Competent with the “basics”: E.g. Computer Networking
- Self-motivated individual with enthusiasm for learning and building things
- Collaborative, communicative, and confident in their abilities to work well with all team members at all seniority and skill levels
- Hands-on experience with Rust/Substrate and Contribution to open-source blockchain projects is an added advantage

What we're looking for
CoinFantasy is looking for a Marketing Leader who has experience in crafting strategies for all Marketing activities and ensuring their timely execution. Holding a highly strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the overall web3 marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, messaging, demand generation, digital marketing, KOL marketing, affiliate marketing and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals, focusing on product and token launch objectives.
- Achieve the KPIs and objectives for the business by driving various initiatives to work towards delivering results
- Develop high-performing funnel and funnel management
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the protocol and token
- Manage pre-launch and post-launch activities, including community building, PR initiatives, and events
- Implement strategies to foster community engagement, facilitate discussions, and address community feedback and concerns
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results
- Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CMR/Marketing Automation tool and processes
- Help create a fun, high-energy work environment
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies
What we expect

- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

From conceptualization to deployment, you will lead the charge in architecting robust and scalable blockchain infrastructures, driving the evolution of our product offerings and enhancing the user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Design and architect innovative blockchain solutions, including consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized governance models.
- Working closely with Business and software developers in designing and creating innovative solutions.
- Lead the development of blockchain protocols and decentralized applications, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability with existing systems..
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, driving best practices in blockchain development, code review, and quality assurance
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations to communicate complex concepts and design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyzing the needs, resources, and problems of the company and providing necessary solutions.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master Degree in Engineering, IT ,Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification.
- 10+ years of overall experience in Software Development
- 5+ years of Hands-on experience with the development and implementation of blockchain solutions.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, protocols (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake), and consensus algorithms
- Proven track record of successfully delivering blockchain projects from concept to production
- Experience with rust or golang and node.js must.
- Knowledge in Java & C++ , python
- Strong back-end skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project deliverables to completion.
