Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset to drive Agile best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Strong Full Stack Engineer profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of hands-on full stack engineering experience (avoid frontend-heavy only profiles, backend heavy will work)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python, including designing and owning APIs, services, and data models in production environments

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong frontend development experience using React (or equivalent), including component architecture, state management, and building production-grade user interfaces

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have end-to-end ownership experience, building and shipping features across the full stack (UI + API + database) without clear handoff boundaries

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong web fundamentals, including understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must be able to demonstrate solving complex problems on both frontend and backend, clearly articulating trade-offs, decisions, and outcomes

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and handling performance bottlenecks

Mandatory (Company) - Top Product Companies, (preferred early-stage startups with Seed to Series C/D with fast-paced shipping culture)

Mandatory (Education) - Tier-1 institutes (IITs, BITS, IIITs), Can be skipped if from Top notch product companies

Experience in the Mortgage Industry – Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP (Loan Against Property).

At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.

DSA knowledge is must required.

Candidate should have prior experience in Field sales only in Home loans / LAP / Business Loans.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.

Candidate should have experience in onboarding new clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

Responsibilities

Excellent command of Manual Testing and Automation Testing (Any tool).

Good knowledge of UI automation using Selenium or equivalent

Good knowledge in writing advanced SQL queries and data validation techniques Solid knowledge of SDLC and STLC concepts, Functional Testing

Fundamentals Good Experience of working in an Agile environment

and Expected skillset (Good to have)

Experience working with defect management tools like JIRA Well versed with all types of testing artifacts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Management of facilitator eco-system
• Identify sourcing strategies to onboard new facilitators with a practitioner background
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance team to ensure Facilitators costs are within budget
• Guide team to ensure timely NDA and Pricing contract documentation
• Guide team to ensure timely renewal of pricing contract documentation
• Ensure facilitators are provided Train the trainer service live / online
• Ensure facilitators are assessed for their teach-back process
• Ensure timely certification and readiness of pool of facilitators at a global level
• Resolve facilitator grievances by collaborating with key stakeholders
• Upskill on latest products for self and other existing facilitators
• Deliver 8 to 10 sessions per month on Leading Now and Leading Next themes
• Create an eco-system of facilitators across industries
• Oversee and report metrics for improving experience through dashboards and analysis
