Strong Business Development / Inside Sales profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales roles with a product company

Mandatory (Note 1): This is a complete in-office position based in Mumbai

2-3 years of proven experience as a sales or in a similar role.

• Enterprise Network Implementation for Global Enterprise customers.
• Extensive experience in a network implementation environment gained in an ISP or telco or enterprise environment.
• Good technical knowledge and practical experience of BGP, OSPF routing protocols & switching technology.
• Conversant in best practices appropriate to network design and security.
• Understanding of hardware and software performance and scaling limitations.
• Network implementation, and management using Cisco Routers & switches ( Nexus & Catalyst), Juniper M and T series routers, and Aruba Wireless.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confidence and professionalism both in working with multinational project teams and with clients on various levels of the organisation, from technical audiences to senior management
• Analytical and critical thinking; innovative problem-solving capability for complex customer requirements
• Ability to work under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders and produce solution designs that are deliverable

Experience:
• A minimum of 4 years’ total experience in the areas of Networking and Telecommunications technologies
• At least 2 years’ experience in dealing with large, corporate customers in a technical solution Implementation profile.

A backend developer is an engineer who can handle all the work of databases, servers,

systems engineering, and clients. Depending on the project, what customers need may

be a mobile stack, a Web stack, or a native application stack.

You will be responsible for:

 Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

 Own & build new modules/features end-to-end independently.

 Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

 Thorough understanding of Node.js and Typescript.

 Excellence in at least one framework like strongloop loopback, express.js, sail.js, etc.

 Basic architectural understanding of modern day web applications

 Diligence for coding standards

 Must be good with git and git workflow

 Experience of external integrations is a plus

 Working knowledge of AWS or GCP or Azure - Expertise with linux based systems

 Experience with CI/CD tools like jenkins is a plus.

 Experience with testing and automation frameworks.

 Extensive understanding of RDBMS systems

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework

·       Work with UI/UX designers to implement engaging and intuitive user interfaces

·       Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with RESTful APIs and other services

·       Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

·       Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development

·       Participate in Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

·       Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users

·       Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets

·       Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

·       Strong experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming language

·       Experience with mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms

·       Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles

·       Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

·       Experience with Agile development methodologies

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

• Create and execute a strategy and roadmap to migrate to Dynamics 365 for all business units.
• Lead and support Trade & Logistics and Manufacturing process areas in MS Dynamics AX2012, across business units in 9+ countries.
• Interact with and manage key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sales functions to ensure seamless business execution and drive enhanced value from ERP and related IT solutions through process standardization and integration.
• Responsible for managing the MS Dynamics AX upgrades, enhancements, new functionalities, business case development and performance measurement as needed by the businesses from time-to-time.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of new technologies (like Bar Code based Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems, EDI interfaces with customers and 3PL partners, etc.) in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes
• Evaluate and recommend business process improvement solutions using industry best practices.
• Manage Application Management Support (through a team from our IT Partner) for T&L and Manufacturing processes of MS Dynamics AX2012 currently and Dynamics 365 subsequently, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Drive implementation and adoption of business analytics and KPIs using solutions like Data warehouse and Qlikview.
