• Email Marketing Executive Job Description:

We’re seeking an Email Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of prior experience in email marketing, who has hands-on expertise in lead generation and email list management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating compelling email templates, sourcing leads, and utilizing email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

• _ Key Responsibilities:_

Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing. Proven knowledge of lead generation through email and list-building techniques.

Proficient in email sourcing for IT Services/Software industries or websites and mobile apps. Strong ability to write engaging email templates.

A minimum of 100 email addresses of relevant contacts for outreach.

The candidate should have good communication skills. He/She should be able to communicate effectively with the client to generate the lead. The candidate will be given good incentives on generating business for the company.

• Should be responsible for Scrum Master role and taking care of proper Daily Stand Up Meeting with the team and ensure team efficiency & unblock them by resolving their concerns.
• Taking care of complete Product backlog of the Product which is going to be developed or under development.
• Should be able to define proper Sprint Cycle & timeline for particular sub-part of the Product. Should be able to plan the Sprint items in such a manner that there is some needful & working sub-part of the Product is coming out at the end of every Sprint Cycle.
• Should be able to update Product Owner timely if there is any issue/challenge in the development team.
• Should be able to timely raise alarm / red flag to Senior Management/Product Owner if there is any major challenge in the Product.
• Should be able to manage team leave plans and then accordingly planning the Sprint Cycle.
• Take care of end-to-end timely and quality delivery of the complete product.
• Additionally , should be responsible for validating the product and ensure the quality of the product by identifying the bugs in the product. Should be able to timely update the development team for the bugs and push the dev team to timely resolve the bugs/issues.

What you need to have:

• Creating and maintaining digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools: e.g., Sketch and InVision
• Designing, building and maintaining highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
• Understanding the limitations of our tech stack and business model and providing technical advice wherever necessary
• Coordinating the workflow between the UI/UX designs, HTML, CSS and backend application logic
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API

Desired Candidate Profile

• Confidence in working with HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, responsive design
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Knowledge of the command line
• 2+ years experience as a front-end developer
• 1+ year experience as a UI/UX designer
