What will you do?

• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through product development
• Solve the most challenging problem of scaling and business logic
• Design and develop services using test driven development with near 100% code coverage
• Develop and deploy services continuously using CI/CD on a daily basis
• Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and move them dramatically.
• Prepare and present management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization.
• Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and bash all the myths

You should apply, if you

• Display expertise: Have strong proficiency with Nodejs, My SQL, MongoDB and Caching and with code versioning tools, such as Git
• Can improvise: Understand the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Showcase all round knowledge: Understand accessibility, security compliance, user authentication, and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Can simplify: Can integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. This also includes creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, and can implement unit tests
• Can figure out the basics: Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven working experience in Android Native development 

• Excellent coding skills in Java or Kotlin or both. 

• Should have knowledge in SQL and SQLite Database.

• Strong knowledge in User Interface designing using latest frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Improving Application performance.

• Enterprise application development experience

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs 

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency 

Educational Requirements:

BE/B. Tech, BBA, MBA

Job Description:

• Research customers' businesses, competitor collaterals and industry relevant content to come up with insightful content.
• Deliver content across formats as per content calendar.
• Interact with senior stakeholders to elicit thought leadership ideas and create content based on the same.
• Ensure grammar, correct usage and consistency of style across copies.
• Collaborate with SEO to ensure SEO-friendly content.
• Collaborate with designers to help create more effective visual content.
• Proofread all on and off page content and take responsibility of zero typo/grammar issues on ongoing basis.
• Content writing for similar companies covering all formats e.g website, blogs, white papers, blogs, brochures, fact sheets, infographics, videos, e-books, webinar scripts.

Skills & Experience:

• Technical background is a real plus.
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Possesses excellent written skills in English to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Flexible/adaptable with ability to set and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Build and maintain business and technical documentation.
• Communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing.
• Perform quality checks on other deliverables and ensure the quality of own work before publishing.
• Publish documentation in correspondence with established guidelines.
• Create User Journeys for TeleCMI Products.

• Strong object oriented concepts. Experience in structure object oriented modelling with preferred expertise in using tools like Enterprise Architect or similar. Experience in working with TOGAF standards is preferred.
• Experience in architecting the technical scale and scope of high volume, scalable enterprise software solutions including logical and physical landscape requirements with specific attention to design, development, and deployment strategies
• Capability to adapt, learn and work with multiple technology platforms. 
• Knowledge in Application Security including Information security principles & realization, OWASP & PCI DSS Compliance ( Security Design & Technology Skills )
• In depth knowledge and experience in large scale database management, data modelling and database design in RDBMS and NoSQL.
• Experience in recommending and implementing DevOps tools for enterprise projects.
• Capability to evaluate tools, technologies and processes, including assessing their strategic benefit in the solution.
• Willingness to work hands-on with engineers to review, troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
• Expertise in following technologies – ASP.Net MVC, Web API, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, ASP.Net Identity, REST
• Experience in implementing various application deployment models and monitoring the server infrastructure using industry standard tools.
• Experience in docker based deployment models.
• Experience in architecting, developing and deploying cloud based (One or more among AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) enterprise solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing micro-services based applications. 
• Experience in designing and developing solutions with TDD (Test Driven Development)
