Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Social Media Marketer with expertise in Facebook and Meta Ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms to drive performance metrics and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies on Facebook and Meta platforms to meet performance goals, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creative optimization, and campaign scheduling.
2. Ad Creation and Optimization: Create compelling ad copies, images, and videos tailored to specific target audiences. Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
3. Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting capabilities and audience segmentation techniques to reach relevant users and maximize campaign effectiveness. Leverage audience insights and data analytics to refine targeting parameters and improve ad relevance.
4. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI). Monitor campaign spending and adjust budget allocations based on performance trends and objectives.
5. A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, ad placements, and other variables to identify high-performing strategies and optimize campaign performance continuously.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimization opportunities.
7. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising, particularly on Facebook and Meta platforms. Proactively identify new opportunities and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience of filing quarterly, half-yearly and annual compliances as per SEBI Listing Regulations and SAST Regulations
• Timely compliance of all the applicable provisions of SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, RBI Master Directions, Notifications, Circulars and Secretarial Standards
• Convening Annual General Meeting (AGM) including preparing the Annual Report, Notice, Directors’ Report, and all other compliances related to the AGM
• Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Resolutions, Minutes for the Board Meeting, and other Committee Meetings.
• Preparation of all the ROC Forms including the Annual Filing forms as per the Companies Act, 2013
• Filing of quarterly and annual forms/ returns with RBI.
• Maintenance of various Statutory Registers
• Liaising with various statutory authorities such as SEBI, BSE, NSDL/CDSL, RBI, etc.
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
• Co-ordination with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent for all the shareholder matters.
• Handling investor and borrowers' complaints on all the respective forums under different authorities and timely resolving the same.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience post qualification
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates in a Compliance Manager role at NBFC / Banks having experience in handling regulatory compliance, RBI audits, etc. would be preferred.
• Strong Accounting Background, Strong Leadership quality, Adherence to timelines and highly proactive.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work by understanding competing priorities and work under high-pressure environments.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands on experience with the programming language Java. (Mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in leading a team, with professional automation testing experience using Java and Selenium.
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing and test framework development using Java and Selenium. (POM, Cucumber BDD, Hybrid etc.)
• Automation Tool: Selenium (Mandatory)
• Execution of scripts in Batch and Grid 
• Setup test automation pipelines in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS, and Azure DevOps etc.
• Flexibility to learn new programming languages, tools & frameworks.

Other Pre-Requisites

• Shall work as an individual contributor on a need basis.
• Should contribute to defining testing best practices for the teams & projects. Responsible for defining and implementing the test strategy and test automation solutions around functional and regression testing.
• Defining, monitoring, and evaluating individual goals/KRA’s for the team members.
• Responsible for project initiation, project planning, effort estimations, hiring and team building for new projects.
• Experience with Test Management tools like Atlassian JIRA, TestRail, ALM or similar tools.
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.
• Strong in troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
• Must be extremely detail, technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
• Proactive, driven individual with a strong work ethics

Secondary Skills:

• BDD Cucumber will be an added advantage
• Parallel execution and integration to cloud platforms like BrowserStack, Perfecto, Saucelabs.
• API Testing: ReadyAPI, SoapUI, Postman, Rest-Assured or similar
• SQL queries: good hands-on on SQL queries and experience in testing Databases & Batch Jobs
• Mobile testing experience is an added advantage
• Experience on load testing/performance testing.
• Experience using issue and project tracking software
• Experience working in an agile structure
• Experience in developing POC’s and participating in pre-sales activities

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK. 

• Experience with Android Studio and Gradle Build System. 

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. 

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

• Experience working in Git, Jira and other productivity tools. 

• Familiarity with Kotlin is helpful.
