Must-Have Skills:

✅5+ years of experience in Manual Testing

✅Solid experience in ETL, Database, and Report Testing

✅Strong expertise in SQL queries, RDBMS concepts, and DML/DDL operations

✅Working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI

✅Ability to write effective Test Cases and Test Scenarios

 Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) and verify fixes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, such as test plans, test data, and test summary reports.
• Work with the automation team or independently to write, execute, and maintain basic automation test scripts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help reproduce customer issues as needed.

🔷 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in manual testing, particularly functional testing of software applications.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (like JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
• Knowledge of automation concepts and exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
• Basic scripting/coding knowledge (preferred) to support automation efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🔷 Good to Have:

• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins) and version control (like Git).

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer to be part of our team. Your understanding of functional testing, writing maintainable tests, written and verbal communication skills will be put to the test.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute manual testing activities.
• Manage release from the QA perspective and keep the affected parties informed.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvements.
• Preparing test cases for unit, integration and end-end testing.
• Plan and manage automation testing strategy for QDC.

As a Software QA +  Support engineer , you will be responsible for the test planning as well as writing and executing functional and non-functional test cases for sprints and releases. You will be a part of an Agile development team and would have full access to the complete development life cycle including opportunity to shape requirements. You will also be responsible to work with customers to help debug issues. We are looking for a relevant experience of about 5 years.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools. Ability to translate use cases and/or technical specifications into test cases.
• Experience working directly with customers and/or clients to debug issues or provide resolutions
• Ensures creation of test data to support test case execution and supports creation and maintenance of libraries of reusable test data sets.
• Reviews requirements specifications for testability and verifying/ensuring traceability of testing to requirements and vice versa
• Possess a detailed understanding of the requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification process including user requirement specifications and functional specifications for larger, complex applications.
• Experience working with project management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA is preferred.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills to communicate quality cross-functionally and with customers in formal and informal settings.

• Developing import functionality from Excel to ERP on premise
• Preparing test scripts for testing the configured scenarios
• Testing may also include Unit testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing
• Testing the end to product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of technical team

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least five years' experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
• Good command on SSRS reporting and Technical
• Excellent online presentation skills using Teams. Able to implement both Discrete and Process Manufacturing
• Deep knowledge in AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Warehouse management and FA
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ,R3
• Certification and/or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, AX 2012 R2, R3 or AX 7/D365FO are a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
