Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our apparel store. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Performance Management:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to implement improvement strategies.

1. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Motivate and manage the team to deliver high performance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address any staff issues.

1. Customer Experience:

• Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

1. Store Operations & Administration:

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and deliveries.
• Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and store reporting.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.

1. Merchandising & Marketing:

• Implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards.
• Plan in-store promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge.

1. Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a store manager, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive sales and performance.

Product Analyst (Process Excellence Team, Episource)

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 

• Ensure timely release of features and bugs. 
• Talk to development team and ensure all roadblocks are cleared.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system 
• Do due-diligence (or innovative workshops) with teams to identify areas of Salesforce improvement 
• Interpret business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills 
• Prepare requirements and act as a liaison between development team and ops  
• Create stories in JIRA and ensure they are discussed with dev team for proper sign offs. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and six months plan for product roadmap
• Create product roadmaps after discussing with business heads. 
• Ideate and define epics for the product and then define product functions. 
• Each feature or new product development should result in cost per chart optimization or in helping new business line       
• Work on other product lines associated with Salesforce
• Based on business need, work on other product line like retrieval, coding and HRA business on Salesforce
• Training about products and its usage to the customer
• Give proper training to end users on the product usage and its functionality
• Prepare product training manuals during roll out.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• PLC programming. Scada screens to coordinate with the client and Manufacture the PLC panel.
• Pre-Order Support for Bidding and Finalize the BOM & Scheme.
• Review Project Specification / Customer Specification and Prepare the Critical Points.
• Design Review to be performed for Key documents before release the drawings to Client.
• Deviation or Additional requirements to be communicated to Client with Sales in the loop.
• On-time Material Ordering with the Purchase department.
• Ensure all Specifications are followed in the Panel Construction / Bill of materials

Desired Skills

• Siemens PLC programming and commissioning experience in S7-400FH series.
• PLC, HMI, SCADA, AC/DC Drives & Servo drives from PLC / HMI / Servo / Vision Systems.
• Experience (above 3 yrs).
• UG : Tech /B.E /Diploma. in EEE, E& I, ECE
• Salary – 20K to 50K

Requirements:

Graduate with 4 to 8 yrs of experience

- 3-4 years of experience in Mobile Automation using Appium.

Requirements :

- Must have strong knowledge of the programming language (Java).

- Strong knowledge of java collections

- Must have string knowledge in oops concept;

- Experience of Appium is Must

- Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, and databases.

JD for Below position-

Preferred Technical Expertise-

1. Expertise in front end web application development
2. Solid Understanding of Javascript, JQuery.
3. Experience in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap library is required.
4. Experience with Django Framework.
5. Experience with source code versioning tools such as GIT, Bitbucket etc.

Secondary Skills/Good to have Skills:

1. Experience in developing REST API is a plus.
