Role Overview 

We are looking for a highly analytical and operational Chief of Staff to serve as the right-hand strategic partner to our founders and leadership team. This role is a force multiplier—you will drive executive execution, improve high-level decision-making, and lead strategic initiatives across the company. This requires strong analytical thinking, AI fluency, and the operational rigor to turn visionary ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Strategy & Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to founders by managing business priorities and driving key organizational deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Own the execution of high-impact cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Support, and Operations.
• Business Intelligence: Build dashboards, trackers, and comprehensive reports to empower data-backed leadership decision-making.
• AI & Operational Excellence: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, analytics) to aggressively optimize workflows and scale internal productivity.
• Operating Rhythm: Drive the cadence of leadership by preparing strategic meeting agendas, synthesizing notes, and ensuring relentless closure on action items.
• Market & Product Strategy: Conduct deep-dive market, competitor, and product research within the Shopify and SaaS ecosystem to inform strategic direction.
• Stakeholder Management: Drive seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Trusted Advisor: Maintain strict confidentiality and high ownership while handling ambiguous, complex business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Consultant, or in a similar strategic role.
• Strong data-driven mindset with proven experience using Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• High proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation workflows, and prompt-based productivity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, taking high ownership of outcomes.
• Elite organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask seamlessly across competing priorities.

Job role:

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for compiling actionable insights from data and assisting program, sales and marketing managers build data-driven processes. Your role will involve driving initiatives to optimize for operational excellence and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that data flows smoothly from source to destination so that it can be processed
• Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights
• Filter and cleanse unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets that can be analyzed to extract insights and improve business processes

Lead Data Engineer

Data Engineers develop modern data architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions. You might spend a few weeks with a new client on a deep technical review or a complete organizational review, helping them to understand the potential that data brings to solve their most pressing problems. On other projects, you might be acting as the architect, leading the design of technical solutions, or perhaps overseeing a program inception to build a new product. It could also be a software delivery project where you're equally happy coding and tech-leading the team to implement the solution.

Job responsibilities

·      You might spend a few weeks with a new client on a deep technical review or a complete organizational review, helping them to understand the potential that data brings to solve their most pressing problems

·      You will partner with teammates to create complex data processing pipelines in order to solve our clients' most ambitious challenges

·      You will collaborate with Data Scientists in order to design scalable implementations of their models

·      You will pair to write clean and iterative code based on TDD

·      Leverage various continuous delivery practices to deploy, support and operate data pipelines

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling inquiries to get quotations from the vendor and closing it by generating the purchase orders.
• Coordinating and negotiating with vendors to get the most cost effective quotations.
• Procure products at negotiated rates from vendors
• Researching new prospective brands and affitating with them for new business
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Preparing proposals for the clients based on their respective inquiries. Utilizing excel to keep the dashboard off inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, payments & deliveries.

Accounts Payable

• Excellent knowledge in Invoice Processing & T&E claims and guide the team
• Handle all payment exceptions, including positive pay items, and administers all special handling
• Performs internal duplicate payment reviews daily.
• Reviews all A/P checks subject to escheatment.
• Vendor reconciliation & follow-up with the vendor

Accounts Receivable

• Monitor daily activities such as Customer Master, Cash Applications, Billing, Dunning, etc.,
• Period / quarterly accounting and analysis: Period P&L and Sales Reporting
• Identify the unallocated/unapplied cash and work with onshore teams in clearing the customer accounts

General Ledger

• Responsible for service delivery with zero surprises for a particular process e.g. Reconciliation and Journals

As an IT Infrastructure Architects design and implement information systems that support an enterprise infrastructure. You will provide the necessary technical infrastructure for the development of new and existing infrastructure technologies and system requirements. 

Improve efficiency and streamline operations. enhance design specs, create technical documentation, implement control concepts and deliver expected outcomes. Collect performance data to monitor systems resource usage and failures rates and provide solutions and recommend changes. ensure scalability and anticipate capacity growth through careful planning and awareness of industry, business and client’s growth trends. Design activities rely on accurate data, sensible KPIs and performance metrics to improve processes and bridge gaps

Primary Responsibilities:

Conducting research on emerging and existing technologies. Recommend system alternative technologies and infrastructure development efforts that increase infrastructure flexibility, reliability, stability, scalability, resilience, availability, performance and cost effectiveness. All collective research efforts will contribute to the creation of architectural road maps that leverage software and cloud technologies. Research customer interaction, policy adherence, enterprise processes. May act as the subject matter expert of architectural virtualization.

Needs to guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management

Security of all infrastructure is of paramount importance and is periodically audited, monitored and updated in keeping up with latest threats and risks.

Identifying best practices for future implementation. Architects provide feedback to the enterprise and incorporate all gathered information into future integration plans.

Provides DevOps thought leadership and mentoring in both advisory and delivery contexts, focusing on the requirements of Technology and Business and how these are best served by continuous improvements to our delivery approach

Required Technical skills and Experience

• Over 10+ years of experience as IT Infrastructure Architect
• Bachelor / Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Must have experience in Infrastructure architecting on AWS/ Azure/ Google cloud.
• Should have a very good understanding of Cloud Native services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) platforms for application deployment and scalability in a cost effective manner, addresses scalability, availability, service continuity (DR), performance and security requirements. auto-scaling and self-healing.
• Has hands on experience with cloud orchestration using Kubernetes or apache Mesos on marathon would be an advantage
• Evangelizing microservices-based architectures using containerized applications; help to drive strategy and implementation of cloud native infrastructure
• Sound Knowledge of RDBMS, preferably with MYSQL Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis. Working knowledge of, CDN/WAF 
• Proven expertise on Linux, and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkings, maven, Bamboo Docker, Puppet, Ansible,Kubernetes,terraform. Elastic Beanstalk, Openshift
• Infrastructure security (VPC, tunneling, API management, Governance) and networking security solutions like routing, switching, Firewalls etc.
• Good debugging skills on Linux, Apache, Nginx, PHP, MYSQL and cloud-based application and administration of RHEL, CentOS/Ubuntu
• Experience in Cloud scale APM and Monitoring Tools such as ELK ,Splunk, Nagios, Graffana, XMON Datadog, Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Cloud Monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and debug environment and infrastructure problems found in the production and non-production environments.
• Implements security improvements by assessing current situations; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
• Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
• Must have knowledge of leading storage backup solutions.
• Experience with one or more Unix shell scripting languages (Bash, C-Shell)

• Experience with networking technologies (routing, switching, IP addressing, DNS, Load balancers, etc.) Knowledge of :  - File systems, NFS, CIFS, iSCSI - IPv4 networking, including TCP/IP, SMTP/POP/ IMAP, HTTP/S, LDAP – DNS
