Job description

Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.

Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter).

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ programming.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP internals and common network protocols such as DHCP, DNS, IPV4/IPV6, NAT
• In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF)
• In-depth knowledge of RDK-B architecture, TR-069/TR-181, and networking stacks
• Work on TR-069, TR-181 data models, and DOCSIS / DSL / GPON technologies
• Experience and knowledge on IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi protocols such as WPA, RADIUS, WPS, 802.11n/ac/ax/be, mesh networking

• Assist in building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects
• Shadow experienced team members to learn how to proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Support in setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Manager
• Provide assistance in reporting sales results to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to engage in cold calling, emailing, and other sales prospecting techniques
• Basic understanding of sales concepts and metrics is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop new, end-to-end financial product experiences in BFSI domain for Retail Consumers
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering teams across multiple product teams to drive buy-in on new product
• Experiences and engineering frameworks.
• Work closely with your’s and other engineering teams with a keen eye towards scalable architecture to design and implement new 0→1 integrations with an appetite to quickly scale from 1→n across products.
• Recruit and build an entirely new engineering team and move fast in converting new ideas to product.
• Collaborating with Product,Design, Leadership and other functions, while maintaining high product quality and reliability.
• Staying ahead of the curve by lending a stable structure to the teams and products while bringing operational.

What You’ll Need :

• 10+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of Engineering Management experience, managing a diverse set of candidates(frontend, backend, mobile), across various technologies. Good software engineering methodology- meaningful and deeply-rooted opinions about testing and code quality, ability to make sound quality/speed trade-offs.
• Exceptional technical skills in backend with significant experience building and operating critical high-scale systems with a hands-on approach to lead from the front when the situation calls for it.
• Ability to think and analyze both breadth-wise (client, server,DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity)while designing and implementing services
• Exceptional design and architectural skills
• Expertise and interest in growing teams-interviewing junior and senior engineers, collaborating with a recruiting team, smoothly onboarding new team members

• Candidate must be familiar with the javascript tech stack

• NodeJS or ReactJS or AngularJS knowledge is desired

• SQL and NoSQL database hands-on production grade experience is desired

• Candidate should be familiar with the version control system and working in a team

• Working experience with Message Queue, Mirco service architecture, Docker containers would be a great advantage.

• Experience designing and developing complex systems that can handle variable load would be an added advantage

• Familiarity with AWS services, deploying and managing workloads would be advantageous
