Job Role: Associate Art Director

Experience Level: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore, Onsite

Responsibilities:

● Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

● Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

● Visualization and implementation of concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative

projects

● Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ needs

● Lead and manage the complete creative team of graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters,

etc. to help them achieve the desired goal for the respective client and project

● Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

● Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team

● Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

● Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Qualifications

● Proven experience as an Art director or in a similar creative role in an agency

● Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

● Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

● Outstanding leadership and organization skills

● Exemplary interpersonal and creative abilities

Prerequisites

● 5 Years of experience

● Experience with branding, social media and films.

● Understanding of 2D & 3D Animation

Role & Responsibilities

• Play an active role in designing and validating new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artefacts.
• Conduct quick rounds of usability testing.
• Build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence.
• Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate with the research, product, business and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions.
• Own from end-to-end 1-2 product charters and be responsible for their success along with your product team counterparts.
• Deliver the expected design support in a successful & timely fashion, for the projects that are currently in progress under your charters, while also providing a helping hand to any team-member who might require some help.

What are we looking for ?

• ... have a Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, or similar area, or equivalent practical experience.
• ... have a strong portfolio of innovative design work that demonstrates strong UX/UI design skills, curiosity, empathy, business acumen and strong drive to learn
• ... have 4+ years of industry experience in Product Design** and/or design-led practices.
• ... have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• ... have the ability to quickly incorporate feedback and think about how the UI will scale in future and integrate with the rest of the product.

1. To ANALYZE Business Requirements end-to-end & Documenting Requirements
2. Write Good User Stories (Preferably using INVEST techniques)
3. Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs 
4. Create wireframe prototypes, Mockups and documenting them using Visio or similar tools
5. Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
7. Own the Product backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog 
8. Presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps 
9. Interface with clients and partners to understand business environments, current and future requirements; participate as a solutions expert
10. Roadmap prioritization, conceptualize new product features, and assist with competitive positioning
