What will you do:

• Design to simplify the complexity - Work with our designers to simplify the systems that are working across chains, protocols or existing financial systems.
• Build for the future of finance - Build, deploy and come back to the whiteboard with the core team to innovate, ideate and scale solutions.
• Own your ship - Be responsible to build framework components, own the development process and drive the development cycle to improve transparency and productivity across the team.

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering building scalable web applications: Experience in web3/fintech is not a mandate to apply. You learn as you go!
• You should be good at your game: Detailed oriented and have a thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 & hands-on experience with either of VueJS, Angular, React OR similar.
• You have a strong bias for action: You seek problems. If you see one, you find the solution. If you have one, you should be already building it. If it fails, you move to the next!
• You want to grow but together: You want to learn and master new skills by tackling new problems with the team

We are more excited if you have this:

What will you do if you join us?

• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices
• Design a framework for creating user apps that grow with the needs of the company
• Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems, and rectify the issues
• Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team
• Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well

You should have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of web development experience. Development experience for Mobile screens would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of Javascript. Proficiency in Typescript & React Js would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of web development tools and programming languages

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented web developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take the designs created by UI/UX designers and use a mix of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to code those website designs. You will work closely with various members of the organization to play a key role in the successful launch of websites and applications.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with CSS Preprocessors
• Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability
• Write reusable code and libraries
• Experience with RESTful Services and APIs
• Knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools like Git & SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
