Job Description: B2C Sales Executive – HR Training Programs Position: B2C Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic B2C Sales Executive to drive enrollments for SkillDeck’s HR training programs (live courses, pre-recorded modules, and certification programs). The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, following up, counseling prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Proactively call & counsel students/working professionals about HR training courses.

Understand customer needs (career growth, HR certifications, placements) and suggest the right program.

Convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain proper CRM records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve campaigns.

Requirements 1–3 years of B2C sales / inside sales / tele-counseling experience.

Experience in education, training, edtech, or HR services preferred. Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

Strong follow-up ability and hunger to meet sales numbers.

Comfortable working with daily calling targets.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives (per enrollment).

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field desirable.

• 5 years of Database administrator experience in Microsoft technologies

• Experience with Azure SQL in a multi-region configuration

• Azure certifications (Good to have)

• 2+ Years’ Experience in performing data migrations upgrades/modernizations, performance tuning on IaaS and PaaS Managed Instance and SQL Azure

• Experience with routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a databases

Knowledge about the RDBMS e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Azure cloud platform.

• Expertise Microsoft SQL Server on VM, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure SQL

• Experience in setting up and working with Azure data warehouse.

Personal Secretary to the Offpriced Canada CEO (Kolkata)

About the Role:

Our CEO will be visiting Kolkata in November to set up our local branch, and we need a dedicated individual to start working remotely now, transitioning to a physical presence when the CEO arrives.

• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks for the CEO.

• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

• Assist in planning and coordinating activities, including potential travel.
