Job Description: 

 
• Responsible for the Strategy, Roadmap, Architecture, Design, Engineering and Lifecycle Delivery of our End User Devices, ensuring they are current and meet the needs of the business.  These technologies include physical devices, Operating Systems, Device Software, printing and mobility services
•        SCCM, (Windows 10, MAC & Linux) desktops, Modern Endpoint Management, InTune, endpoint security
•        Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations
•        Skills in contributing to technical roadmaps for technologies supported by End users
•        High level understanding of all EUC technology namely SCCM, Nexthink, OS (Windows and Mac) , End point security , Privilege management  , Intune / JAMF
•        Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively
•        Simplify the environment so our technology is current and delivers a great customer experience
•        Responsible for the management, prioritization and execution of demand
•        Engages with key Stakeholders and Customers to ensure these technologies meet customer needs.
•        Manages our technology partners effectively to ensure that our services are optimized and cost effective
•        Lead a strong technical team to deliver the right technology services to the business to deliver a great customer experience across these services
•        Architecture governance for the Device portfolio to ensure all our technology solutions are designed and implemented to work seamlessly with our applications and infrastructure to deliver a great customer experience.
•        Work across the Infrastructure and Applications team to ensure effective lifecycle management so our IT tools and services are optimized for the business.

Strong sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS products or platforms

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in doing end to end Hunting / New Business Acquisition, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience of managing the complete sales cycle independently — research, outreach, client meetings, solution pitching, proposal handling, and closing.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in pipeline building & CRM usage, maintaining accurate forecasts, sales funnel tracking, and performance reporting.

Quality Control (QC) Engineer / Inspector

Location : Sanpada ( Navi Mumbai)

Qualifications Skills :

Education

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Experience

 2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or aluminium / glass fabrication.

 Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.

 Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.

 Understanding of façade testing procedures.

Soft Skills

 Strong attention to detail.

 Good communication and reporting skills.

 Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

 Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions

 Work split between production facility and construction site (depending on projectstage).

 Requires physical inspection of façade elements at various heights or scaffolding (as per safety rules).

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.

2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Responsibilities:

• Data science model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality.
• Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Work with workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo, or similar tools
• Data science models testing, validation, and test automation.
• Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and architects, and document the processes.

Eligibility:

• Rich hands-on experience in writing object-oriented code using python
• Min 3 years of MLOps experience (Including model versioning, model and data lineage, monitoring, model hosting and deployment, scalability, orchestration, continuous learning, and Automated pipelines)
• Understanding of Data Structures, Data Systems, and software architecture
• Experience in using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and Airflow Pipelines for building, deploying, and managing multi-step ML workflows based on Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc. )

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding and knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image
