Sales Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and manage regular follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, have strong communication and persuasion skills, and be comfortable handling Indian customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Sales.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
• Positive, confident, and target-oriented attitude.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready code
• Ensure that the data needs of the UI are fulfilled with efficient database queries
• Ensure compliance with software engineering standards and processes defined at Simform.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web enabled devices and browsers

• Solid hands-on experience with ReactJS frontend development with modern practices. 
• HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript expertise
• Experience with   React .js / D3.js / GraphQL is a plus
• Proficiency with CSS3, Sass, and Mixins - knowledge of GSAP would be a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Bower, Gulp etc. 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github, Bitbucket
