The job would entail managing. nurturing and converting leads generated from the ads and promotions. Client interaction via phone, whataspp. Community management on the LMS and Whatsapp community. Creating Reports, analytics and presentations for the sales funnel, Centre Manager who can coordinate amidst the marketing, ops, social media and trainers team and maintain an effective schedule of services to be offered annually. Designation: Sr. RCM Executive

Required Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM / 06:30 PM to 03: 30 AM

Working Days: 05 days (Monday to Friday)

Salary Criteria: Up To 40,000 INR

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies for medical services provided

- Initiate timely and effective communication with insurance companies to expedite claim processing and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Identify and resolve billing issues, including claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, through thorough investigation and follow-up.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken regarding accounts receivable.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
