Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites, focusing on user experience and functionality.
• Build high-converting landing pages tailored to various marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Implement and optimize contact forms for lead generation, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing systems.
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track website performance and digital marketing metrics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align website content and design with ongoing campaigns and business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and email marketing materials to improve conversion rates.
• Troubleshoot website issues, including speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating previous projects, especially landing pages and contact forms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, etc.) and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of integrating third-party services (CRM, email marketing, lead capture tools, etc.) into websites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer specializing in Vue.js to join our team. Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Vue.js.

Proficient in Vue.js and Vuex, with experience in RESTful APIs and component-based development.

Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Git, Webpack, npm).

• 3 years minimum detail-oriented experience as a Senior Web Developer creating React.js based solutions and expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, ReactNative ecosystem and ES6.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B application development for large enterprises.
• Ability to review specifications documents and provide technical inputs on successfully implementing business solutions.
• Proficient understanding of build tools and code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN.
• Experience using async RESTful services, CSS preprocessors, bundlers and associated libraries, as well as working knowledge of isomorphic React.

As a Lead React Engineer, you would be expected to understand business requirements, represent Needle to external stakeholders, and have experience in working in agile teams.
